   Great place to do car fumigation to kill cockroaches that may be hiding in the car. Easy to book and takes about an hour to complete. The team also ensures the car is wiped down before handing over.

   Recently I needed to do a mold remediation on my house, and found Ridpest online. Clarence came to my assistance. He told me they can do an in-depth inspection/consultation that's no charge. I said ok. During which, he explained about each of the different processes and treatment that Ridpest will perform. I found Clarence to be honest, reliable and experienced. So I decided to ask him for a quotation, after which hubby and I accepted. While preparing for what I call "Operation Mold day", I was so bothered by the mold situation, I had a plethora of questions for Clarence.. All of which he answered and explained patiently.    Would recommend -- 5/5 stars. Was looking urgently for pest control for a wasp/bee hive removal. l called a number of companies but all told me they were full and unable to accomodate my request for same day removal of hive. I was recommended Ridpest by my friend, and Clarence responded to my request promptly. Even though their calendar was full, they made room to squeeze in my request so the wasp nest could be removed on the day I contacted them.

    First time using Ridpest service and the team really exceeded my expectations! Having mould and mould mites in your house can be really stressful. Ridpest team took care everything for me. It was a very simple process. I didn't need to move or cover the furnitures or have to employ another service to do a separate decontamination or pest removal round. Apart from removing the mould, they also decontaminated surfaces/furnitures throughout the house, including clearing up spider webs! which I thought was not part of the package. Strongly recommend Ridpest for a stress free service. I think the package is well worth it compared to others like mouldgone

    I just faced a mould issue and I decided to reach out to Ridpest. Clarence offered to do inspection at my unit and he provided a reason of having mould in my room. He also suggested me to buy dehumidifier and gave promo discount code. He also explained mould removal steps clearly and easy to understand. The specialist who came to inspect and manage my case (Clarence) was very professional and really took time to explain the process to me and the science behind the technique they use. I was very impressed by their service and the fact they don't charge for a consultation which many other companies do in Singapore (usual cost $100). They also offered a partner promo code to purchase a dehumidifier (to save extra $$)

    We had booklice infestation on our ceiling and we started googling what could have caused it and got to a scary realisation that it was due to mould. We realised that the symptoms such as cough, phlegm, nose congestion and itchy eyes were similar to what me, my wife and our toddler were experiencing. We were so worried that it might deteriorate to a worse health condition especially for our 2 year old. So I mass messaged a lot of mould removal services and Dan was the fastest to not only respond but to explain to us in detail. Just by looking at our photos, he spotted the food chain already established in our house! Mould < Booklice < Tiny Spiders. Dan was kind enough to drop by on the next day and inspect the whole house and without hesitation, offering the fastest date to do the mould removal. The cleaning was done thoroughly, the food chain was gone and even most of the mould stains. Great job Dan & the ridpest team!

    Found them on google and they are very responsive throughout the day and night and was able to provide follow up services promptly. Highly recommend even though prices are not the cheapest but they are able to come relatively quickly and provide solution/assurance in the interim. The team, comprising of ops manager Eric, was very kind to assure me that the chemicals used are child friendly and kindly explained the purpose of each method (they used the 3 prong method) to exterminate the ants and I’m happy to say that my ants situation has seemingly been resolved for now (though it wasn’t an infestation but I still found it annoying). I certainly hope that the pests will not return but if they do, will engage ridpest again.

    Called them at midnight cus i saw my whole wall filled with bugs. Came down to my house within 20min to access the situation and give me advice. Came to exterminate the pest the next day and did a full house extermination and mould removal. Came back to check, super good service. Whole house is super clean now even the top corners of the wall/pipes is clean!! Very good service👍 and reasonable price for the kind of detailed service they are providing!!

    I had issues with ants and mould mites because of my neighbours, so was recommended to Dan and his team by a family friend. They were with me from the beginning - doing an initial consultation and taking time to explain to me about the ants and mould mites, where they came from and what they could do for me to not only exterminate, but prevent another infestation. Ridpest staff arrived on time, and completed the job as quickly as they could with minimal disruption. They only requested I remove food items (and my dog) and moved any furniture themselves, even going as far as to give everything a wipe down after. They're very trustworthy and I don't regret enlisting Dan and his team for this job. It was as painless as they could make it, customer service is super helpful too!

    Chanced upon Ridpest while looking for pest control companies for exterminations of bugs and insects. Throughout the multiple consultations via phone and visits I found them to be extremely professional and polite. I can safely say they have one of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time from quotation to getting my bugs issues fixed.They may not be the cheapest around but the fast turnaround time coupled with their well versed know-how was the most important factor why I chose them.     Previously my company hired a pest control company which was quite a name for themselves but soon I realised it’s just their big name. They are non responsive, rude & always call after office hours to ask me to give an immediate response. I encounter Ridpest through my friend as our factory faced quite a bad and urgent situation with houseflies that came out of no where all over my level 1 pantry and my office. I text Mr. Dan Dhamaraks (their boss) regarding the situation and almost immediately he call me back & came down with his colleagues to help with our houseflies issue.
