Reviews are mostly termite jobs, and customers repeatedly name the inspector Ammar, owner Roy and office contact Esha. Several say the inspection was free and they were told not to buy treatment they did not need. Of 49 written reviews, 16 say the problem was fixed, 10 say the business came quickly, 4 knew the price before work started and 3 used it again. Rated 5.0 from 216 Google reviews, 26 in the last twelve months, the newest from September 2026. Bait treatment runs weeks, so ask for the warranty terms.

Termite Specialist is the most professional pest control company that I have experienced so far. The staff are well trained and polite. They literally check my house to ensure that all termite infestations are gone. The inspection is free and they only charge you for jobs done. Best of all, they are inexpensive and do not anyhow quote you an exorbitant price. Thank you for the lovely experienced!

Engaged Termite Specialist Pte Ltd for a site assessment, and I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and honesty.
A big shoutout to their technician, Mr. Ammar, who provided exceptional service and clear, expert advice.
Upon inspecting the drywood termite activity on our guest room door, he provided an honest evaluation explaining that the infestation likely originated from within the wood prior to installation (less than 3 years).
Instead of hard-selling unnecessary treatments, he advised us to request our contractor or ID to replace the door under warranty, noting that replacing the affected door effectively removes the colony.
Best of all, there were no charges for the inspection and report. Highly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-first. Highly recommended!
Response from the business
Thank you, Andrew, for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We truly appreciate you choosing Termite Specialist Pte Ltd for the site assessment and your kind recognition of Mr. Ammar’s professionalism, knowledge, and honest advice.
We believe a proper termite inspection should focus on identifying the actual source of the problem and recommending the most appropriate solution, rather than unnecessary treatment. In your case, we’re glad Ammar could identify the likely source of the drywood termite activity and advise you on the most practical course of action.
We’re also pleased that you found the inspection and report helpful. Thank you for highlighting our customer-first approach and for your strong recommendation. Your trust means a great deal to our entire team.

Highly recommend them.. very good service from start to finish. got a few quotations and they offered competitive rates. Plus they came down to do an inspection. Some companies will not make a trip unless I engage them. They also provide a one yr warranty after the termites extermination for the whole house. While others only provides warranty for spot and worse, 6 mths from the day work start. They also set up a Wa chat grp and provides a report after every visit. Esah was polite and patient. She reassured me, provided clear information about termite infestation, and assisted in arranging the inspection appointment smoothly.
Ammar Azzar conducted a thorough inspection of the site and accurately identified the issue as an ant colony rather than termites. He also took the time to explain the treatment options. As I prefer to manage the treatment myself due to my religious practices, I truly appreciated his understanding and guidance.
I sincerely value their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness.

I would like to commend Ammar for his excellent service and knowledge despite not engaging him in the end.
He had provided very sound assessment and even went out of his way to advise the next course of action. This gesture touched us and reassured us of the termite issue we faced. And as a result we were about to talk to the furniture shop and get a 1 for 1 replacement.
Though we never engage them in the end, but we would really recommend Ammar and Termite Specialist to anyone who faced this unfortunate pest infestation. Thank you Ammar!
Response from the business
Thank you so much Chirs for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience with Ammar. While we didn't end up performing a treatment at your property this time, we are absolutely thrilled to hear that Ammar’s assessment helped you secure a replacement for your furniture!
At Termite Specialist Pte Ltd, our goal is to provide honest, sound advice to protect our community, even if that means pointing a client toward a warranty claim rather than a service. We truly appreciate your recommendation to the Singapore community. Should you ever need residential or commercial pest control services in the future, we would be honored to help.

I highly recommend Termite Specialist for their outstanding service and professionalism.
The inspection was carried out on 15 Dec 2025, just a few days after my enquiry. Ammar, the entomologist, gave a clear and detailed explanation of the termite infestation in my kitchen. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the situation.
Fakhrul, the specialist, conducted the first full-house inspection on 24 Dec 2025 and handled the follow-up visits. His service has been excellent. He carried out two thorough inspections of the entire house, carefully checking every area to ensure the problem was properly addressed. After every visit, we received a detailed report with photos and videos.
Yesterday, 23 Feb 2026 was the final clearance of termites for both areas within 2 months and 5 visits.
Overall, I am very satisfied with their expertise, attentiveness, and dedication. I would confidently recommend Termite Specialist to anyone looking for reliable and professional termite control services.

I engaged Engage Termite Specialist for a two-treatment misting program to address suspected bed bugs at my home. After the first treatment, my child had an allergic reaction, so I canceled the second treatment. I was prepared to forgo the price, but they proactively offered to refund half of it without me prompting. I appreciated their responsiveness and fair gesture. The initial treatment seemed thorough, though I hope future visits will include more explicit allergy-safety notes for families with kids.
Response from the business
Thank you, Alvin Lai, for taking the time to share your experience with Termite Specialist Pte Ltd regarding the misting program.
We are truly sorry to hear that your child had an allergic reaction after the first pest control service treatment. We take your feedback regarding allergy-safety notes very seriously and will use it to refine our communication process for families with young children in Singapore.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to regain your trust for future needs.

I hired Termite Specialist Pte Ltd in April 2025 because my apartment was infested with termites in several locations. I had been trying to eliminate them on my own for about two years,; without any lasting success; finally threw in the towel; and decided to hire a pro to do this job instead. I was very impressed with the staff of this company from the very first time they came to my home. They were properly attired; thorough in their inspection, even in places where there was no infestation; and professional in attitude, always listened sympathetically to my description of the problem, and offering advise on how to avoid future infestations. By June, after a series of fortnightly visits to monitor the progress of their termite bait traps, they had completely eradicated the infestation. It is now August and there is no sign of any more termites. Their pricing was of good value; their communication was efficient; and their work diligent, thorough, and effective. In addition, they gave a 1-year guarantee from the date which the termite infestation was over! Thank you for a great job.
Response from the business
Hi Victor,

Termite specialist is a company that provides excellent service. Esha who I liaise with was always quick to reply to my queries as I didn't know what to do when it comes to termites issues.
Ammar the site inspector was punctual, polite and shows a lot of knowledge when trying to investigate where is the site of the termites.
Finally, Fakhrul, the termites site specialist went beyond his duties and assisted my contractors in their work with dismantling my kitchen cabinet. He didn't have to help out around but he was kind enough to do so.

I'm currently renovating my house and wanted to ensure it was completely pest-free before moving in, especially from cockroaches and ants. I engaged Termite Specialist for a general pest control treatment, and I must say, they did an outstanding job. The team was prompt, professional, and very responsive when it came to scheduling. What impressed me most was the detailed report provided after the service, it gave me peace of mind knowing the treatment was thorough. Thank you, Roy and team, for your excellent service!
Once the house is full ready I will engage them again for another round as I find their price is very reasonable for a 2000sq ft unit. Thanks again for the great work.

Super professional and knowledgeable. Esha patiently explained what was involved, even on a weekend which I truly appreciated as I was in a rush. And Ammar (an entomologist) was thorough with his assessment and shared his advice on preventive measures. I'd highly recommend them. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Highly recommend Termites Specialist Pte Ltd! From the first call, Esha was patient, friendly and professional. She clearly explaining the pricing, 1 year warranty and the full treatment process, which made me feel at ease.
Technician Zaimy and Safie were also fantastic- knowledgeable, thorough in checking every corner of the house and both always punctual. Safie’s dedication was polite, respectful and took time to explain what he was doing. He even assured us with the updates during each visit.
I appreciate that it was the same two technicians, not random staff. They were easy to talk to and made me feel confident the termite issue was being handle properly. The treatment took about 8 weeks to fully settle the termite issue in 2 areas.
Thanks also to Esha for setting up a WhatsApp group w team, communication was smooth and convenient throughout. They uploaded video and photos of the termite finding on WhatsApp group on each visit.
Termites specialist pte Ltd is professional, reliable and truly care about their work. Very impressed and grateful that they were able to solve the termite problem in both areas within short period.

All the positive reviews online are true! The inspection fee was very reasonable, but what's most amazing was their staff who came for the inspection. Ammar, who is an enthusiastic entomologist (studies insects), observed carefully and gave many tips on how to prevent termites and watch for signs of infestation, how to look after my wooden floors etc. Really above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend for everyone with wooden floor to check them out, ,just for peace of mind, if you have ever had any water seepage/ damage on your floors. Thank you!!
Response from the business
Thank you for your amazing review Karen C! We're so glad to hear that your experience lived up to the positive feedback you've seen online. Ammar is indeed passionate about his work, and we're thrilled that his knowledge and detailed advice left such a great impression. From termite prevention tips to caring for your wooden floors, we’re happy to go the extra mile for your peace of mind. Thank you for your recommendation, we truly appreciate your trust and support!

The start to end of the termite inspection process was efficiently and professionally handled by the staff and technicians. The staff zy and Esha were friendly and prompt. On site specialists Ammar and his colleague were also very pleasant. Ammar was very experienced and professional in his job and gave a lot of useful advice and shared about termites entomology. The way they conducted the inspection thru audio and thermal imaging gave me a peace of mind as it was definitely more thorough than just visual inspection. Thank you to the whole team at Termite Specialist! Well done and keep it up!
Response from the business
It's wonderful to know that Zy and Esha were friendly and prompt in their support. We're also delighted that our on-site specialists, Ammar and his colleague, made such a positive impression. We pride ourselves on using advanced techniques like audio and thermal imaging for a truly thorough inspection, so we're glad that made a difference for you compared to a visual inspection.
Thank you for recognizing the hard work of our entire team at Termite Specialist. We truly appreciate your kind words and encouragement!

We had some termites issues and decided to get some professional advice from Termites Specialist. Ms Esha, who was very friendly and accommodating had given some advice to my husband, Joseph. To our surprise, Mr Roy, the termite specialist himself called back hours later to give professional and honest advice despite we have yet to engage their services. We are very thankful for all the assistance we had from Termites Specialist!

We're so pleased to hear about your positive experience with Ms. Esha and Mr. Roy.

I recently had a termite issue and contacted Termite Specialists. They were professional and responsive from start to end, and always answered my queries patiently. Took 3-4 visits to exterminate the colony. Their prices and warranty period were also the most value for money. I hope I won’t have to use their services again but I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs it!

Zy was very helpful. We bought a lousy bed from Shopee and it was abit cracked and chipped all over. There was some small clear bugs that I sent to Zy but she advised me like an old friend. She spent time to analyse the photos and videos and told me it's probably woodlice. I didn't need to call the pest control immediately, but I decided to throw the bed away and lose the bed money instead as the bed was in poor condition. Thanks Zy for her excellent support
Response from the business
