    Huiting is amazing! We started off with just defects checking with Ark Interior which was really thorough and efficient. Along the way, our self-managed renovation got complicated and we engaged her to take over the renovation. Knowing we had a very tight timeline to complete our renovation and move in, Huiting put her team together quickly, worked through plans and color schemes with us, maintained close communication, took time to listen to our needs and delivered our home ahead of time.     Recently, we engaged them for 2nd opinion on defects inspection as many of the defects submitted by the first company we engaged kept getting rejected by the developer. Ark helped us to do another round of inspection. They resubmitted a list of defects and managed to get everything acknowledged and rectified by the developer. Highly recommended!

    I would not recommend Ark Interior to folks who are renovating their home. Hui Ting, our main contact at the firm, hugely delayed our renovation timeline, causing a 6 week delay in what was meant to be a 3 month project. She was tardy in her responses to us many a time, and the workmanship of their main contractor left much to be desired. Chen Pin Ru has been designated to follow up on defects during the 1 year warranty period. We have had to ask multiple times for rectification works to be scheduled, and written acknowledgement of what Ark committed to us verbally has not been forthcoming. It has been a very unpleasant experience that I would not wish on anyone else.
