I had a robo cleaner prob and found this young man on internet. He was very professional and savvy with technicals and explained well.he also has a positive attitude and managed to fix my problem after 2 weeks due to parts issue.location is little far but is relative.all safe in his hands and saved a lot of headache without the use of my vacuum.

There’re service technicians and then there is Wei Han. Arranged for an onsite service and I had a wonderful time chatting with him while he was servicing my Dyson vacuum. All my issues, loud noises, dirty and rotting smell were resolved in just one onsite visit. Observing him getting to work on the unit was an eye opener and I will not hesitate to engage him again in the future. I highly recommend his services.
