I have contacted Bed Bug specialist to come and investigate my room for signs of Bed Bugs since I was bitten by one and killed it last year. After my toilet renovations I thought I found something that looks like a bed bug nymph and I have decided to engage them. Esha provided excellent service to arrange for Ammar to come over to investigate and the service provided was excellent. The results of the investigation were not bed bug nymphs but were booklices that was probably due to the leaking pipe that caused moisture build up before renovation. The consultation was done honestly and transperent and I would recommend them for future pest investigations and treatment.

Two friendly specialists who came to my house for bed bug inspection today were thorough and honest with their assessment. While performing the inspection, they serendipitously discovered I had Drywood termite infestation in my sofa! At no point in time did they push for me to engage them for their service as they did not find any bed bugs in my flat. I also found their advice to be credible for dealing with both my bed bug and termite problem. What's more, their colleague Esha went the extra mile to do a follow-up call with me to reinforce the advice. Rare nowadays to find such honest and ethical companies. Two thumbs up to Bed Bug Specialist!

One thing about me—I hate pushy companies. Then I found a bed bug specialist on Google. I decided to message them and ask for a quote. Since the infestation was only in my room, I chose to treat just my bedroom. They gave me a price and explained their procedure, as I was concerned about my cats. I thought i was having bed bug infestation, send them a video and they said it’s a booklice due to humidity. Never heard of that pest before. Very knowledgeable and their tech specialist recommended misting to kill the booklice. Happy for their service and thank you bedbug specialist!!

Azeem is a friendly guy who did a detailed cleaning on the bedbugs issue. He showed us where the bedbugs were hidden and even showed us the eggs and the Big Queen Bedbug. He explained the process in detail and not forgetting to send a reminder for the 2nd appointment. It was a wonderful experience and we are happy with his working experience and service.

Azeem has been very responsive from the first WhatsApp message. He has arranged for a non obligatory investigation when I first contacted him. Wasn't pushy at all. Always punctual for all the appointments. It took him a total of two sessions to completely get rid of the bed bugs and eggs. His follow up service is prompt and polite. Now the house is bugs free. Called them up on a Saturday morning and they were able to come by on the very same day to get the job done. Super responsive and value for money as they were the most reasonably priced anti-bugs specialist. Problem seemed to be resolved as the bugs never came back. They were professional and carried out the fumigation effectively.. Punctiuaility is the hallmark of this company. I agreed with the company representatives on the dates to carry out spraying and fumigation. They turned up on the appointed date and time. Quality of work was good. I had sleepless nights and the bedbug problem was a big unending problem and didn't know how to resolve it. They needed to do two rounds. In fact the first round itself solved the problem. The 2nd round was to ensure total eradication. I felt reassured and the bedbug menace had gone away totally. Responsiveness was good and they adhere to the timeline. I left out one room and they assured me that this committed room will be included in their next trip without any additional cost. Overall it was value for money and they did a great job and their charges were fair n reasonable and very affordable.
