I recently engaged Bencool Services for the supply and installation of a new Daikin System 4 air-conditioning unit, and I am very pleased with the experience. The installation team was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work, ensuring that everything was set up smoothly and to a high standard. Review update on 2025: I would like to sincerely thanks the boss of Bencool Aircon for going above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request for a service change that required more complex equipment. Despite the short notice, he personally came down with the necessary tools and oversaw the entire process, ensuring everything was completed properly before he left. Stay away from Bencool! After their regular service we always have small issues, nothing serious but doesn't seem like they maintain properly? Servicing is always super quick (unsure if done properly) they just clean filters, test temperature and that is about it. After costs creep up, and what seems like excessive amount of cleaning needed - we recently decided to use another provider a couple of weeks after Bencool came, and we had issues. When the new company inspected they clean the coils and they showed how some units hadn't even been cleaned properly, that the pans / pipes not flush properly (can't be this dirty <10 days he said) and he even clean the condenser outside (never see Bencool even go outside in over 1 year except when my gas was leaking - which they didn't find during service, they only found because I complained after service it still wasn't working). So glad that I did not pay Bencool for the extra money to clean, but also glad we found someone who is thorough and not just rush to make money. Do not trust them. Do not use them!

Apparently if you're on a quarterly servicing contract with Bencool Services, with 3 chemical cleans done over the course of 9 months, it is normal to have your aircon leak again in less than 20 days. Over the course of their contracted care, we've required 7 additional call backs on top of the 6 services, even replaced the entire coil system based on their advice, and again, our aircon has stopped blowing cool air again less than a month after their service. When we raised up the issue, Bencool services had the audacity to blame our home cleanliness and cooking (?) when we have 2 air purifiers running in the house all day, a live in helper as well as a sealed wet kitchen and proceeded to say that we have to either pay them again for yet another chemical clean and other additional services they suggest or they will just leave it. They have charged in excess of $1000 for the additional services they've asked us to complete in order to fix issues, ON TOP of the regular servicing fees and have outright told us they will not be assisting or replying further unless we pay for yet again, another chemical clean. AVOID at all cost- after reading the other reviews, it seems like our poor experience with them is not a one-off.

We engaged Bencool Services through a trusted friend to purchase (Daikin System 3 Ismile Series 9000 BTU + wifi) and replace our Mitsubishi System 3 of 7yrs after the CU broke down. It was a very hassle and fuss-free procedure as everything was done via WhatsApp. We filled in the acknowledgement form for Climate Voucher usage and sent the Climate Voucher link to them and they did the rest. 2 workers came. Laid protections throughout the house and started to do the dismantling and installation. Halfway through, a man came (Mr Yang - I believe he’s the boss). Took a look at the units prior to dismantling and advised on a few things (what to take note, what was done previously, etc.) and left after ensuring his workers did the necessary preparation. He also mentioned on how to link up the units’ wifi via app and his office will give me a text on post-installation procedures (warranty registration, etc.). After installation, the workers tested out the 3 units for a good 15mins before they left. Few hours later, I received a WhatsApp text from their office admin if I was free to do the warranty as OTP to my email was required. Within mins, warranty registration done and a youtube link on the wifi setup was sent to me. Will definitely engage and recommend Bencool Services in the future as their service (operations ans administrative) is tiptop! Thanks Bencool Services!

Purchased my Daikin unit in 2021 from Bencool and used their servicing since. No fuss, great customer service with reasonable prices. Technician servicing my units is regular, easy to talk to, and provides realistic/practical advice (condition of my units, when chemical washing is recommended)

Andy is very detailed n requested me to observe the chemical cleaning by him. He also explained this process as I watched on. Some other technicians by comparison are not so attentive to customers service. Contacted Bencool to fixed my mitsubishi starmex aircon that is not blowing cool air. The diagnosis is good and sound and they even suggest ways to fix before ultimately replacing my compressor as not other choice. Very good overall experience and not pressured to commit to any services. The price is transparent and not like other aircon servicing that jack up the price after diagnosis and earn my diagnosis fee. I highly recommended Bencool for anyone that need aircon repair or service.
