First servicing was due to AC leaking for 2 units. Technician did great job. They suggested chemical washing for all 3 units AC & the problems was solved. Called again for 2nd servicing. I requested for the same technicians as I like their service. They explained clearly to me the issues & resolved it. This round was just for normal AC servicing & chemical washing of compressor unit outside, total cost $206. I had recommended their service to my siblings as well. Highly recommended for all to try out their service. Thank you to the technicians that did a great job in resolving my AC problem! Sincere apologies to both technicians, I forgot both your names🙏

I was looking for a reliable air-con installer for my elderly parents' flat. They were prompt in their replies and arranged the earliest available appointment for a site visit. Jason from Aircon Uncle was quick to schedule the site inspection and shared information on the available brands and quotes ahead of the visit. During the visit, he listened attentively to our concerns, taking down notes and photos — which gave me the confidence to award them the job. On the day of installation, 27 March 2026, installer Yu and his colleague arrived earlier than expected to carry out preparation work and ensure timely completion. Throughout the process, they worked diligently and patiently explained certain aspects of the work scope to my mother. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. When the air-con recently encountered an issue, I reached out to Jason, who responded promptly and arranged the earliest available appointment for his colleague to inspect the unit. He also expedited the arrangement for the relevant agent to assess the system, and the matter was resolved smoothly. I am grateful to Jason and his team for their assistance throughout this period. Their dedication and responsiveness made the entire experience a seamless one for me.

I've been using their aircon servicing regularly and have had a great experience every time. The whole process is fuss-free, efficient, and professionally done. My air conditioners have been working well with no leakage issues after servicing. I also appreciate that there's absolutely no hard selling of unnecessary services or products. They send regular servicing reminders too, which makes it easy to keep up with maintenance. Ah Quan and his team are fantastic and he basically remember and knows what to do every time he comes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and honest aircon servicing!

Aircon Uncle has been servicing our air conditioners for more than two years, and we've had a great experience with them. They are very prompt in replying to our messages, even when we contact them on Sundays. They always do their best to answer our queries and provide helpful advice. Whenever they notice an issue with our air conditioner, they inform us honestly without trying to hard-sell unnecessary repairs or pressure us into using their services. Personnel for Aircon Aircon leak repair is inexperience. Came down only did a meter check and suggest expensive pressure leak test. Didn't bother to do a simple soap test. Did a second opinion the next day. The guy from another company came and did a soap test and repair. Much cheaper and fast.

The installers from Air Con Uncle were fantastic from start to end. I am very impressed with their entire process from their sales team, workmanship, pricing to price transparency. I reached out to around 10 aircon companies and picked them so you skip this process. To start with our project was a little difficult as we wanted to install a second compressor in house. There were many limitations with the electrical cables, position of the water pipe, where to put the compressor and more. Many other aircon companies i consulted were unable to give the recommendations and suggestions that Air-con uncle gave to ensure (1) the aesthetics of the house is maintained and (2) safety was good. What also impressed was the fact that out of all the companies, Aircon uncle was the only one that had done their homework on the feasibility of installing a second aircon for electrical loading and permits for my house. The installation was also excellent. During preparation, Jason and Long covered our entire house carefully. They then impressed me with their efficient installation and clean up. Each step was executed with care and efficiency. Now, the most important part, the price. While Aircon uncle's initiate quote was a little higher than other air con companies, after the site visit, a lot of companies gave me a way higher mark up than what was originally quoted. Aircon uncle's price stayed relatively the same, becoming one of the cheaper quotes. While other companies were selling mark ups of an "upgraded pipes", "better brackets", "more expensive cables needed due to powerful compressor", all these are already included in the initiate quote by Air Con uncle. The transparency and pricing made this entire experience a fantastic one from start to end.

1 week after servicing, air con leaked. When they came to troubleshoot, they told me the pipe was blocked. Why was it blocked if it had just been 1 week after servicing?? The only thing one can conclude is that they did not do the servicing properly. Another time, they did not put the air con filters back in the air con after servicing. Both times, no apology was given. Yet a third time, a worker in screwed my toilet bidet water supply to connect to his water supply and did not put it back after. When i complained, they apologized and asked what they could do to make it up to me. I said they could give me one free servicing. Guess what? No reply. Very disappointed. Regret renewing. Will be switching service company.
