Great service and technicians always know what they are doing and what problems are occurring. Have been using Solar for the last 10 years and now also have gotten solar to install a full unit of air conditioning in my new house. Servicing is prompt every 6 months and pipping was done well , no leakages or chokes. Additionally I also use eubiq plugs that make my house neater and more convenient

Solar Airconditioning was engaged for a system 4 aircon installation and their team was punctual , arriving on schedule. The technicians were professional , knowledgeable , and took time to carry out pre installation checks and time to discuss the best routing for the trunking. Their copper piping and insulation work is very neat and tidy against the wall. All the units were properly tested after the installation and cleaned up the work area completely before leaving.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was responsive, punctual, and highly professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the issues with our air-conditioning units and provided practical recommendations without any hard selling. The installation/servicing was carried out efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Our air-conditioning has been working perfectly since. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the team and would definitely give them 5 stars. As a new homeowner, I had quite a lot of questions and concerns, especially around the piping layout. I really appreciated that the team took the time to explain the options and suggest the best way to run the piping, instead of just going with the easiest or fastest option. You can tell they don’t believe in taking shortcuts. They always considered my concerns and what would work best for the home. I went with a System 3 and a System 1 for my apartment and am very happy with the overall experience. Good workmanship, honest advice and a team that takes pride in doing things properly. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Jerald for his proactiveness and explanation on the different types of aircon model to choose. Overall, he coordinated with our ID smoothly and had his team made multiple trips down for removal of old aircon and trunking, installation of new piping, box up and new aircon.

I obtained a very reasonable and comprehensive quotation from Mr Jerome of Solar Air-Conditioning, replacing my entire house air-conditioning and also remove my old water heaters (cylinder type mounted at ceciling and concealed inside false ceciling), and installed my newly purchased instant water heaters. Mr Jerome has a professional attitude and was very patient. He delivered his promise and constantly comes to inspect the work during the 2 days of installation. The air-conditioning team assigned to install the aircon at my house, headed by supervisor Mr Aung Thu, who is a very detailed person and strive to achieve best perfection in his work. I was very pleased with his installation skill and his almost flawless work. The false ceciling was cut and reinstalled back perfectly and the patching work is simply exceptional. Everything was done to perfection during the installation of the new aircon. His team member, Mr Ridzuan, beside doing the air-conditioning work, also took up the electrical tasks. He is very kind to change a few electrical sockets and water heater switches for me at goodwill without charging. He even patiently explained some electrical knowledge to me and helping me to diagnose the problem. I strongly recommend this company for your air-conditioning work. Although they specialize in air-conditioning work, they also able to help me on the water heater installation and cutting the false ceiling to remove my old huge ceciling mounted water heater. It gives me a much higher customer satisfaction for the 2 jobs done. Overall a very good customer experience for me and my family. Well done for Solar-Air-conditioning. And my sincere appreciation to Mr Jerome, Mr Aung Thu and Mr Ridzuan. They are definitely a great asset to the company!

I had a great experience with SOLAR AC. Their service was efficient, reliable, and effective in fixing my aircon issues. The entire process, from booking the appointment to the actual repair, was smooth and hassle-free. They were able to arrange an appointment quickly, which I really appreciated especially with the current hot weather. The technician - Mr NW was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job resolving the problem. Highly recommend SOLAR AC if you are looking for a trustworthy aircon servicing company. Professionals! If you ask the technicians, most have been with the company for a long time. I was first referred to Solar Aircon by two friends on separate occasions, when I mentioned that the incumbent servicing company had been unsuccessful in resolving a persistent condensation problem. The Solar team attempted to fix, failed but did not give up. The second solution worked, and management waived the first round of works! I switched over my maintenance contract. Don’t expect world-class customer service (especially if language is a speed bump), but they work hard to get the job done right. Note: For privacy purposes, I’m not including any photos of their works at my residence

I am unsure why there are good reviews. The below incident of lateness and rescheduling has happened 2 out of the 3 times that I booked them, and they’re not the cheapest servicing company around. I made an appointment for servicing 2 weeks in advance and they gave me a time slot of 1-4pm. At 1.30pm I asked for an estimated ETA and it was only then that they informed that their technicians would not be able to arrive at the scheduled time and wanted to change to 4-6pm, or to reschedule to another day. Given the urgency of servicing I told them I’d wait but they needed to finish the job by 6pm as I had another appointment. They only arrived at 5.45pm and couldn’t finish by 6pm. Have text messages with them. Highly would not recommend this company.

First time engaging them to do chemical overhaul for my bedroom aircon (leaking) + normal condenser flushing. Thanks to Chong and Guan to do a thorough aircon cleaning. They were also friendly to give advice. Office staffs are also very responsive to your queries and good customer service support. This' very assuring for customers. You can always reach them via their office nos but they mainly communicate via Whatsapp which is easier to provide advice and whatever info you need. They have a website with comprehensive info 👍.

This company provides excellent home air conditioning service. They arrange to complete the installation as quickly as possible, and their prices are reasonable and better than the market rate. They don't overcharge, and when you call to inquire, they are very patient and polite in answering your questions. I will definitely use them to install air conditioning in my next new home.
