The service is very prompt and detailed cleaning is done… before servicing, the aircon set at 18 degree C also not cooling.. after servicing, 25 degree C also quite cool.. the price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended 😊👍🏻

Was introduced to Bon Air on through my ID. they did a great job installing 5 units in my house. even though there were some issues within a few months, they eagerly came down to resolve the matter FOC. I have since signed up a yearly package with them to service my aircon.

We would like to commend the team for their prompt response and efficient execution of the air-conditioning servicing and installation works. The pricing was competitive and the installation of the new FCU at our office gym room was seamless, with minimal disruption to our operations. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend their services.

The installation was done nicely and on schedule. After we moved in a week later, I totally forgotten about the Aircon warranty. It was after another few weeks later I received a WhatsApp message from Bon Aircon Ms Emily. She realized that I have not submitted my warranty and offered to do it for me. I provided the necessary information and bingo I received my warranty immediately in my email. Thank you Bon Aircon for going the extra mile.

I have been engaging Bon Aircon Engineering Pte Ltd for past 5yrs to service my air con units. This current Daikin air con in my house was also installed by Bon. The service is top notch Summer the admin lady is polite and helpful and will always answer your text messages promptly to reschedule appointments or to help you in any way needed. Bon’s air con technicians have also been with the company for many years too which shows that it is a great company to work for as they stay on with the company and continue to grow. Hence, air con technicians are experienced and are also a familiar face whenever they come for servicing. They do an amazing great job and always use protective materials to prevent your floor from getting dirty or wet. I would highly recommend Bon Engineering Air con company for their high level of service and expertise and a company with a human touch.

This is my first time using Bon Air Con servicing my air cons and I can said the service was great. The technicians came on time and completed the jobs with ease and professionalism leaving no mess or water on the floor. Both Andrew and Ah Chye were very polite and warm explaining to me on my air con condition and some of the operating modes I would recommend to anyone out there looking for an aircon technician to look no further than Bon AirCon Engineering company as they have great customer service oriented staffs and their packages are good and affordable too.

Thumps up for the service they provided. Bon and staffs (2 William) were very friendly and patient and explained how the procedure will go clearly. Staffs were very knowledgeable and the whole installation went on smoothly and no mess at all. Will definitely intro to any of my friends if they need air con installation.

I would say , Bon Aircon is the best aircon cleaning service provider ever!!!, no drama, quick, get the things done, most importantly always do the proper job. one more thing is honest!!! i bought new aircon with them and they installed it very nicely and i over paid 50% because i already paid the down payment, they refunded me in no time. One of our aircon leaking on public holiday,msg ke company to get the service slot.but turned out the owner came on the day itself to fix.Excellent service 🙏
