Tried their service based on recommendation from others in our estate. Signed-up for a 1-time general cleaning of our 5 AC units. I think about 3-4 people arrived at that time including their owner Mr. Nicky. He explained to me the activities they do when cleaning while his people were working on the A/Cs. He was also pretty much hands-on. He was orienting a colleague on how to clean the water drainage of the AC and demonstrated it by directly putting his own hand inside the comfort room drainage. (Note: A/C units drainage in our house are connected to the toilet drainage). Was kind of impressed but was also surprised. He should bring some gloves with him in the future for hygiene purposes. After this, I decided to sign-up with them for a 1yr A/C maintenance contract. In the 2nd session with them (1st session for the contract), 3 workers came and finished the job in an hour. They also cleaned up afterwards. However, I encountered a problem on 1 A/C unit that they serviced which was noticed while they were there. A LED light indicator stopped functioning after they cleaned it. (A/C still worked). Was initially upset since it was working earlier. However, during the conversation, it was revealed that it could have also been a combination of wear & tear. It was bound to stop working at some point. Nonetheless, I still documented and reported it and was told that they will share this issue with management. The next working day, I received a message from them inquiring my availability. It was because they will replace the chip that has this non-working LED. I was really thankful for that response as I didn't have to be stressed out in making follow-ups. So, for me, the noticeable advantage in availing for their service is CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS. Communication was little bit not easy on the 2nd cleaning session since English seems to be not the primary language of those that serviced us. However, we were still able to understand each other.

Nicky & team work well together to perform AC cleaning services efficiently and effectively. They are early, if not, on time for the scheduled visits. It’s also worth mentioning that Nicky sends reminders for scheduled visits which is good because I typically forget to do so. If you’re looking for a reliable AC vendor to assist you, look no further!

We engaged Uniworks to do a through investigation and recommend a course of action because they came highly recommended. The workers were punctual and came fully prepared with tools and equipment. Work was done in a quick and professional manner. Even the cleaning up after the works was done promptly and without drama. Questions about the AC and works was answered accurately. Questions pertaining to why we needed to dismantle parts, what kind of cleaning is recommended were answered in an honest and straightforward manner. Never got the impression that they wanted to upsell. Answers were clear and things were explained properly to help us understand what was happening. All in all, a very good experience. Will engage them again for future works.

Started a 1 year contract with them in early 2021. Despite our busy work schedule we did not missed any of our servicing, thanks to their prompt reminders to schedule for the quarterly servicing for our AC. They have ensured we received the servicing package we paid. We are really pleased with their services and we went on with a 2 years renewal with them. Very reliable.

The sweltering heat was unbearable on the first week of August and to make matter worst the aircon in the whole house decided to die on us. I contacted Uniworks Engineering which have been servicing my aircons for the past few years. They did a check and informed me that there could be a few reasons. I decided on a repair but somehow the aircons could not be revived. It was a Friday night and I contacted Nicky to help me install new aircons. He immediately contacted the supplier to purchase the aircon units within two hours on Saturday morning. He then arranged his team of technicians to remove and install the whole unit in the afternoon and my house was cool again. Ever grateful for their speedy service and professionalism especially as this was a last minute appointment. Price was also very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our aircon started leaking water after 3 years of abuse and we reached out to Uniworks for cleaning after a neighbour's recommendation. On chat they were very clear about the fees and warned that we may need to do a chemical overhaul as we had not serviced for so long, but when they came down to check it was not required. I liked that they were transparent and professional, and the servicing team was very polite and fuss free. We signed on for a package as the fees are reasonable and we trust that they will not hardsell us unnecessary services in future.

The staff was very professional and clean. And I enjoyed that he didn’t oversell for chemical wash or others etc. This team is great and tedious in housekeeping, he has been cleaning while working it, and also cleaned up thoroughly after the servicing. I was also very surprised that he even kept the bathroom clean after cleaning the filters there.

Fuss-free, punctual and professional. The team responded quickly when I asked to schedule an appointment, turned up punctually on the day without need for reconfirmation and did a great job at servicing the aircon units. Arranged it at last minute and they are able to cater to my request politely. Service is fast and professional. Was provided with some mask and mask case too. Very thoughtful. Thanks. **edited after servicing, there is a Low gas issue and both air con stopped working. Technicians and customer care team explained that it is due to cleaning of aircon units leading to Low gas being detected and causing units to stop working. Topped up another $70 for gas top up.

‘Recently one of my aircon units leaked. A contact engaged Uniworks Engineering to fix the problem. The following day, Nicky and a colleague promptly turned up. I was impressed with the fantastic job they did. I have never seen a technician dismantling the relevant parts of the blower to clear the blockage and service the unit. One of my other units had leaked before but the job was not done like what Nicky and colleague did. It was also the first time that I witnessed the clearing of the other end of the drainage pipe in the bathroom. Previous technicians doing the servicing (even when one of them leaked) had never cleared the drainage pipes in the bathrooms. Without any hesitation, I will continue to engage the services of Uniworks Engineering. On behalf of Mr Dickie Ho’

Aircon units were leaking and contacted them, Nicky's team came down immediately on time the next day. Professional services were rendered which consisted of general cleaning, refill gas, chemical washing of condenser and testing. Quotations were given before proceeding, all at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with their service and definitely will recommend.
