Had Tommy over to service my aircon and I'm really glad I did. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't just do the job and leave — he explained in detail what a gas top-up and chemical overhaul entail, which I really appreciated as someone who didn't know much about aircon maintenance.

Called Brian to service and clean my aircon. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He explained the problem clearly and did a good job with the servicing. Aircon is much colder and working well now. Price was reasonable too. Overall very happy with the service. Will definitely recommend Brian to my friends and family!

I was satisfied with the service provided for my BTO installation, so I decided to sign up for their yearly servicing contract as well. The pricing was reasonable, and the complimentary material upgrades were a nice bonus. I feel it is better to stick with one reliable company for both installation and future servicing rather than engaging different external providers.

Tommy was exceptional in handling my aircon issue. He was not only highly professional but also incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain what went wrong and the steps needed for repairs. His dedication to ensuring I understood each part of the process gave me great confidence in his work. Google doesn’t allow more than 1 review thus I am adding on a 2nd review here. One of my aircon face leaking issue and I engage Tommy to help with this. He told me that it requires chemical wash as the unit is rather dirty and clogged. The before and after amazed me and the wind is alot stronger after the chemical wash. Tommy is always very detailed with his work and I strongly recommend him to people who needs a trusted aircon professional. My third review for Tommy. Have been engaging him for my aircon servicing for years and am always glad that he provides professional suggestions when my aircon encounter issues. When in doubt on my aircon issues, he is always able to answer them knowlegeably.

Aaron took the time to understand our layout and use case before proposing an optimal configuration which balances user experience and costs for us. The whole team, including Aaron, was very responsive and patient with our queries. He took videos and photos to help us understand his rationale and actions. Very proactive in guiding us on the choices, worked well with our ID and was very efficient with time management. Overall project management skills was excellent. Would high recommend Amyth for a positive, value-added experience.

I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the aircon cleaning service this time. Putting aside the fact that the aircon’s circuit board suddenly stopped working about a week after the cleaning, and that the cost of replacing it with a second-hand board is quite expensive, my main concern was actually the condition of the bathroom after the cleaning. The bathroom tap was removed during the cleaning, but unfortunately, the dirt and residue around the area were not cleaned up afterwards. I was quite surprised when I first saw it, but I didn’t make a complaint at the time and simply cleaned it up myself. I understand that some mess can happen during the cleaning process, so I’m not trying to make a big issue out of it. I just wanted to share my feedback because I expected the area to be cleaned up properly after the service.

While not the cheapest in the market, Amyth Aircon helps me with tracking servicing schedules. It's always easy to book a slot on the weekends if you do it at least 2 weeks in advance. Brian has been regularly servicing our units for the past year. Always quiet, always fast and open to giving advice and answering our questions.

Highly recommend Tommy from Amyth Aircon. Prices are listed openly on their website. Charges are advised before starting works. No hardsell. Tommy is very meticulous in his job, even for basic aircon service he really does it thoroughly. He will also check the aircon system and give advice on maintaining it. As it's been more than 5 years since installation, he recommended condenser/compressor cleaning on top of the regular service. Apart from visual difference can truly feel the aircon unit is more efficient in cooling down the room as compared to before.

Good : the boss who post on TikTok are responsive on whatapps or call for any queries. Bad : was advised to change whole copper pipe system 4 for the condensation issue which quoted for $1800, which don't really address the condensation happen in the trunking. End of the day, the solution was to open up hole on the trunking which resolve the condensation issue. The insulation for the copper also done in poor installation practice , which insulate together return and supply copper pipe. This was told that due to not enough space in the trunking.
