Had a wonderful aircon installation experience with Long Heng Aircon Design Pte Ltd, which has been a company I’ve turned to for over a decade. They are an established company with a long history, and it truly shows in the professionalism and quality of their work. The team is proactive, efficient, and reliable in their recommendations, always taking the time to suggest practical and suitable solutions without unnecessary upselling. Their staff are committed, competent, and clearly experienced in handling aircon repairs, servicing, maintenance, and installation works. Every job was carried out smoothly and professionally, with superb results delivered from start to finish. Another aspect that stands out is their excellent customer service and support. They are responsive, attentive, and quick to follow up whenever assistance is needed, which made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Long Heng Aircon Design Pte Ltd to anyone looking for a hassle-free and dependable home-improvement experience when it comes to airconditioning. A trustworthy company that delivers quality workmanship and excellent service.

Long Heng Aircon has been my go-to aircon company since my very first BTO. They are never calculative with their time or advice, and they’re always honest about what really needs to be done. It’s hard to find such reliable and trustworthy service these days—highly recommended for anyone looking for a company you can depend on.

I recently engaged Long Heng Air-con for an aircon installation at my home, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. The installation was completed promptly without any delays, and the quality of their workmanship was impeccable. Even during lunch, the team took only a short break and remained focused on completing the job efficiently. Beyond their technical skills, what impressed me most was their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They consistently cleaned and swept the work area, covered sections that I hadn’t prepared, and ensured that everything was tidy throughout the process. At the end of the installation, they even assisted me with moving my fridge and table to accommodate the aircon wiring, which was completely voluntary on their part. Overall, they provided an outstanding combination of expertise, efficiency, and customer-oriented service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional aircon installation.
