Shoddy work. Response is fast when making appointment. Did servicing for 6 indoor units, they just clean the exterior and wash the filter. Did not even bother to remove the cover to clean the fan coil and drain tray. Which is standard for all other aircon servicing. Really did the bare minimum. No wonder they asked for payment the moment they entered, before any work done. Basically, they did “servicing” for all 6 units in less than 20 mins and off they went. Price is cheap but no quality to speak of.

Paid $760 for aircon troubleshooting and repair that did not resolve our problem. The technicians did a brief inspection, recommended chemical washing and gas top-up, collected payment — and only then attempted detailed troubleshooting when the issue persisted. During that post-payment investigation, they were working on the wrong compressor until we corrected them. They then revised their diagnosis to a compressor fault. No pressure readings or measurements were shown to justify the $400 gas top-up. Charges also exceeded the company's own advertised rates ($180/unit vs advertised $130; $200/system for standard R32 gas vs advertised $50–$150). We only found out belatedly that R32 gas top up costs $60 - $70 per system instead of the exorbitant price charged to us. They also tried to sell us $150 chemical wash per indoor units (6 units). Luckily, we didn't accept. We offered to pay $420 for the work we accept and requested a $340 refund for the disputed gas top-up. The company refused. We have since filed a complaint with CASE. Proceed with caution — get a second opinion before agreeing to any recommended services.

Very bad experience. Coming not on the agreed schedule. Ordering the customer around like he is the boss. And the service so bad!!!!!! So messsy. Spraying water everywhere, tainted the wall. Combo la, messy, rude, expensive. Will never use the service again.

I attended the basic and advanced class about Air conditioning.I learn how to troubleshoot,how to disassemble the airconditioning and assemble.The class is very interesting and easy to understand.I really excited to get the opportunity to be in this class.

Joined the class for Basic and Advance course. Very detail learning on the different types of air con and methods and proper way of cleaning and maintaining the air con. Great Course to attend if you would like to understand how to clean and maintain the air con to ensure that it is always at the best condition.

I like the class conducted with 70% practical so that we can try n understand rather than sitting n listen. The trainer Mr Sim also very knowledgeable and willing to answer n share with us his experience. Highly recommend to join the class if you want to learn more about Aircon maintenance.

Attended the Basic & Advanced Aircon Serciving Course which conducted by them. It was a fruitful course that gained me the knowledge and confidence to do the basic aircon maintenance at home. The trainers are professional, experience, knowledgeable and very patient to us. If you are interested to do the aircon maintenance on your own, I highly recommend to attend this course with them! Precise and clear instructions and helpful! 😊👍👍👍

I attended the Basic Aircon Servicing course and left feeling extremely disappointed and shortchanged. The course cost $295, but it barely lasted 1.5 hours despite the website advertising a full-day (8-hour) course. Additionally, the class size was maxed out, which further diminished the quality of the experience. Breakdown of the session: • 15 minutes: Attendance taking. • 15 minutes: Theory session. No resources were provided—neither printouts nor soft copies. The slides consisted of very basic information about aircon parts, which could easily be found online. The content lacked depth and value. • 1 hour: Practical session. Practical session details: 1. 40 minutes on dismantling and reassembling a Mitsubishi Starmex aircon. While the website claimed to offer guidance on various brands, the course focused solely on this model. The steps shared were basic and didn’t adequately prepare participants to handle other brands or models confidently. 2. 20 minutes on using chemical and jet sprays. This was extremely underwhelming. The instructor demonstrated briefly, and participants took turns spraying water on the aircon for less than 5 minutes each. There was no proper guidance or detailed feedback, leaving many unsure of what they were doing. Key issues with the course: 1. No resources provided: For a course priced at $295, it is shocking that no guides, printouts, or even soft copy materials were offered. 2. Limited scope: No tips or guidance were given for servicing other brands or models of aircon units. 3. Critical skills missing: The course did not cover essential topics like setting up protection covers, choosing and mixing the right chemicals, or understanding tools needed for aircon servicing. When asked about chemicals, the instructor simply mentioned “alkaline” and instead promoted their cleaning set. 4. Instructor’s lack of engagement: The instructor, Mr. Sim, appeared disinterested and rushed through the content. Important details were only shared when participants specifically asked questions. For those with no prior knowledge, this approach would leave them completely unprepared. 5. Compressed schedule: It’s worth noting that the instructor squeezed in an “Advanced Course” (another supposed 8-hour course) for a participant immediately after our session, raising further doubts about the quality and structure of their courses. Overall experience: The course was grossly overpriced and fell far short of expectations. I saw other companies offered a 2-day basic courses for a similar price, providing significantly more value. But i chose them cause i was able to claim using skills future credit. For a full day course that has been cut short to 1.5 hrs (with full class size of participants) it just shows the quality of their service. I totally regret taking this course with them and do not recommend it to anyone. In short.. i feel scammed.

I signed up for a Basic Aircon Maintenance class using Skills future credit. Its a 3 hour course covering all you need to know about basic cleaning of your a/c unit. The course is interactive and the trainer Mr Sim is very competent. I really recommend these course to those intent to service their own a/c unit.

The supervisor is a dodgy individual. He always seems to gouge customers of money. He said the insulation component needed replacement and would cost $390. It was nothing more than a foam tube some duct tape and an old rag. He had the cheek to ask me if I had any old towels lying around. I should have charged him $200 for it. I wouldn't give a star if I could. Also, when he told me that he would waive inspection fee of $60 if I proceeded with repairs, I thought fair enough. When I initially declibedvtopping up of gas he said he had to charge the $60. This is extremely dishonest. This company is just trying to cheat customers. Once my servicing contract is over, I am switching to another company. This company must be more ethical.

DO NOT use this company. They don even deserve a star. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. They advertised low price, my aircon not cold so i invited them for checking, they started the chemical wash without telling my sis the problem but they claimed they did but my sis insisted they did not, and the chemcial wash was done at $150 and top up 410 full gas at $200, all done without getting our consent 1st and already in midst how to stop. After 3 weeks, the aircon still not cold, ask them come, keep saying already told u this n that but my sis insisted NOTHING was said to her, they keep twisting their words.. Asked them to come back check, nothing solved, i went to another aircon company.. they said my chemical wash was not done properly, the net cannot be so dirty if CW was done for just 3 weeks, new aircon servicing also said chemical wash should take everything apart and wash but NO, they did not but just climb ladder and simply bring the net n aircon cover to wash but they charged me $150 for chemical wash. Their carousell account: freezing aircon Pte Ltd @freezingaircon, dont even matched their actual company name: Cooling Aircon Airconditioning. Use this company at your own risk!

Worse service ever, already told them my unit is leaking, did not do proper diagnosis and suggested chemical wash. After leaving for 15 mins unit still leaking, came back and do some random check and left again, still leaking after 5 mins. Sent video to him he suggested to wait for 1 hour giving excuse like casing water. Leaking still persisted after an hour, then they suggested to come back 2 days later saying fully booked. Still suggest that dismantling to check need to pay additional 200 dollars. Dont even want to pick up phone call now. Ridiculously bad service, not once apologizing at all. Dont hire them ever!

DO NOT use this company. The basic servicing price is advertised cheap but when they are here, they will tell you that you need to do chemical wash for both the fan coil and the compressor and need to top up gas. Topping up gas alone is $150! Also, the workers messed up the whole place without cleaning. Use this company at your own risk!

EXTREMELY unprofessional service. took advantage of people’s ignorance towards aircon servicing and did A LOT of unnecessary services and upselling. i had to step out for a last minute appointment hence i let my husband handled the servicing and he was busy working from home. he don’t know what was happening - but all he gathered from the technician is the aircon sounded like in grave condition - EVERYTHING must do, and end up they had the audacity to quote everything the most expensive. (just extra information for the people reading, why would a aircon that is: - less than 5 years old - serviced 6 months ago - only used at night in need of a dire servicing which includes the most expensive chemical wash, topping up of the most expensive refrigerant gas, or chemical washing the compressor???) meanwhile, my husband said the living room aircon didn’t have to service because he didn’t know servicing for 1 unit is $30, but to service 2 units are also $30. so when i called to clarify about the bill (bill was from $60 and became $610), i asked about the servicing of one more aircon too. the technician say “ok ok i do i do” while he was outside the door preparing to leave alr but couldn’t because i haven’t made payment. so end up he just went back the house to anyhow WIPE the exterior and anyhow took a net to clean, without even opening up the unit. he called that “aircon servicing” 👏 if the promotion makes the technician to clean the 2nd aircon so half-heartedly, why have the promotion even? :) lastly, when the technician left, he left the house in an extremely dirty state. even my helper pointed out that the previous time when we did the servicing, the technicians didn’t make a mess like this time. tbh i don’t expect an aircon technician to clean up but since there is a huge difference in service i might as well point it out also right? now i know why they changed their name from this name (Cooling Aircon) to Freezing Aircon - because they want to hide their bad reviews. and of cos this is smart, because if i know about their service from this review i wouldn’t even engage them AT ALL. I only got to know about their “old” company name because they went to stick their old sticker on my aircon. i took it down without any hesitation :) the purpose of me doing up this review is not for me to get a refund or what because i understand that even though i overpaid, but i did receive the “service” and “product” (like the refrigerant gas itself), but to let people see and choose wisely. PS: Freezing Aircon IS Cooling Aircon, so if you found their services in their new name “Freezing Aircon”, please reconsider your choice :)

Avoid this vendor at all Costs! Their service was terrible and their behavior was aggressive. The owner who came to my home for the aircon servicing demanded payment before completing the job and refused to acknowledge staining/damaging our wooden floor. We told them that we would pay for their services rendered, but would like to know/discuss what the resolution would be for the stain/damage to my wooden floor first as the owner was in a rush to leave and I knew as soon as he was paid, he would run off. At which case the owner told us to file a complaint and call up his office but then he sarcastically stated that the office number is his mobile number and that 'he is the office' He resorted to more yelling and threats and removed a piece off my aircon and instructed his workers to dismantle all our aircon units. I was appalled that instead of having a proper discussion on how to resolve things, he wanted to resort to vandalising my personal property in my own home. He then walks up to my wife, waving the piece off my aircon (the air vent flap) swinging it in front of her face like a weapon to threaten her to make payment. My wife and children were terrified to have these aggressive men in our home. Protect your family and find another provider -PLEASE DO NOT let these people in your home.

Warning: Steer clear of this vendor! Their service was atrocious and their conduct was aggressive. The owner demanded payment upfront and hassled us continuously throughout the job for payment like loan sharks. They then disregarded the stain/damage they caused to our wooden floor when they put their equipment down. Despite our request to discuss the stain/damage before payment, they were dismissive and uncooperative. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the owner resorted to yelling, threats, and even threatened to vandalizing our property and did so by removing a piece off our aircon unit. The boss personally threatened me by waving a piece of aircon he took off my aircon right in front of my face almost hitting me. I felt unsafe for the safety of my kids and my family by having these men in my home. Don't invite these people into your home - keep your family safe and steer clear of this company.

My aircon leaking just 1 week after normal wash. This cooling aircon staff quoted me $50 per service when I ask service quote for aircon leaking. But when they reach, they charged me $150 for pipe flush. The job is only 2 mins from open the aircon cover and to flush the pipe only. Super expensive as for 2 mins job and any how charge. Will not recommend this company at all!
