This sales person called Leon came to promote air con cleaning service. I arranged a date but needed to postpone it. After I texted him, he kept giving me numerous missed calls, shouted at me when I answered, and commented I was wasting his time. Engage this company and their services at your own risk.

If there is a no star option, I'll press it but there isn't. The salesperson did a door to door thing and we decided why not since its been very hot this past few weeks and a clean aircon means cooler rooms. But, I regret engaging them. Eric came by to do the aircon servicing. He was commenting on how dirty the filters were, which was very much acceptable. But he needs to also understand that his feet is as dirty as my filters. He left so many footprints on my tiles because he couldn't be bothered to wear slippers when going in and out. I understand its a hassle but the least he can do is keep his feet clean, but that is not the case. So much for cleaning, he left literal remains of dust and dirt on the ac unit. Which we now have to clean on our own. He left my house in a dirty state. Very unhappy with the service provided.

Saw the reviews after buying the 'promo'. Deposited $50. Wanted to cancel, had to forgot deposit, but was convinced that they were revamping their services. Gave them a chance. Tech called on the day telling me on the way. 7min later told me vehicle broke down. No thanks

I signed a "cheap" chemical cleaning package with them in March when the sales person was making his rounds around the estate. Upon checking these negative reviews, decided to forfeit the deposit and not even contact them and go back to my usual service proivider.

I would have rates this 0 star!! This service through door to door sales pitch. Mentioned that normal cleaning will be included with additional steam cleaning. And it would take 1 hour +. But cleaning for 1 unit took only 5 min. We did not argue anymore and just leave it be. Don't scammed by this company they are rubbish. They literally steamed and not even brushed or cleaned the unit. Very disappointed...

I would have given 0 star if there was such an option. Came to know of this service through door to door sales pitch. They mentioned the steam cleaning would take around 1-2 hours but the cleaning only took 15-20 mins. The staff were very rude, especially the sales person. We called the sales person to understand why the services provided seems to be much underwhelming as to what was promised and he hanged up half way. Really angry at the outcome and felt that this is a scam service as the aircons don’t seem to be any cleaner. The sales person said their services was supposed to be $240 but could be sold at $100. At this point, even if it was free I would not engage them as the cleaning was useless.

Sold me a package for ‘4 steam cleaning (suck out jelly include)’ $160. The service literally was just washing the filters over the toilet (creating a huge mess). They were rude to my helper when she asked why they didn’t perform certain steps she had seen my regular do (like vacuuming). I was told they were trying to build a customer base but it felt more like they stole someone’s invoice pad and are trying to make a quick buck. Please do not sign up with these people if they came knocking at your door

I m one of the victims, vacuum the coils and wipe the housing for $30, less than 2 mins. Upon checking the good reviews, they were dated 4 to 5 years ago. Told him any housewife is able to do the job. Nevertheless I paid him.

Just come here, wash filter and vacuum the pipe . 30min for 5 aircons Well done. 2 days later leak water again. Not professional and sloppy job. Late and leave a mess and non professional job. Too express already. Engage alternative, 5 sets normal servie took 2.5 hours Now as cool as heaven.
