Chinniah, Khaw and assisted by Murthu came on time to install my ac. They were very professional and showed good work attitude. Ac appeared well installed and working well. They even clear up the work area upon completion. Will recommend them for their good work ethics.

My Midea aircon started leaking. Thought it was a hardware problem so called Midea to check on 28 Aug 2026 (Fri). Easy Cool responded almost immediately and gave me the appointment slot on 1 Sep 2026 (Tue). The technicians who came were John and Myo, and they were very professional. They examined our aircon layout and were very thorough in checking how the aircon pipes were laid out. They gave options to address the problem and explained the risks. During the cleaning process, they ensured that the area was kept clean. Exceptional service. Signed up for their aircon servicing since they are Midea authorised aircon service partner.

The technician name John is very professional. Since my husband is not around, he explained to me IN DETAIL patiently. He educate me about the compressor, roller, filter so that i wont be cheated again by a different cleaning company. He and his mate(mew?) went extra miles to help clean the equipments that they used and even clean up after all is done. He dont hard sell to me anything. Their company's offer for general servicing is very worth it. 3unit $90.

Unprofessional and shameless. The workmanship was poor, and the quality did not meet expectations. Check their work carefully before hiring them. They seem to do this so customers have to keep calling them back and paying for more work. Not recommended.

EXTREMELY unprofessional service. took advantage of people’s ignorance towards aircon servicing and did A LOT of unnecessary services and upselling. i had to step out for a last minute appointment hence i let my husband handled the servicing and he was busy working from home. he don’t know what was happening - but all he gathered from the technician is the aircon sounded like in grave condition - EVERYTHING must do, and end up they had the audacity to quote everything the most expensive. (just extra information for the people reading, why would a aircon that is: - less than 5 years old - serviced 6 months ago - only used at night in need of a dire servicing which includes the most expensive chemical wash, topping up of the most expensive refrigerant gas, or chemical washing the compressor???) meanwhile, my husband said the living room aircon didn’t have to service because he didn’t know servicing for 1 unit is $30, but to service 2 units are also $30. so when i called to clarify about the bill (bill was from $60 and became $610), i asked about the servicing of one more aircon too. the technician say “ok ok i do i do” while he was outside the door preparing to leave alr but couldn’t because i haven’t made payment. so end up he just went back the house to anyhow WIPE the exterior and anyhow took a net to clean, without even opening up the unit. he called that “aircon servicing” 👏 if the promotion makes the technician to clean the 2nd aircon so half-heartedly, why have the promotion even? :) lastly, when the technician left, he left the house in an extremely dirty state. even my helper pointed out that the previous time when we did the servicing, the technicians didn’t make a mess like this time. tbh i don’t expect an aircon technician to clean up but since there is a huge difference in service i might as well point it out also right? now i know why they changed their name from this name (Cooling Aircon) to Freezing Aircon - because they want to hide their bad reviews. and of cos this is smart, because if i know about their service from this review i wouldn’t even engage them AT ALL. i only got to know about their “old” company name because they went to stick their old sticker on my aircon. i took it down without any hesitation :) the purpose of me doing up this review is not for me to get a refund or what because i understand that even though i overpaid, but i did receive the “service” and “product” (like the refrigerant gas itself), but to let people see and choose wisely. PS: Freezing Aircon IS Cooling Aircon, so if you found their services in their new name “Freezing Aircon”, please reconsider your choice :) / apparently EasyCool is also the same company: Seems like they are scamming people across different names and forcing people to write positive reviews.

Mr.Wahid & Mr.Mojid did the servicing of my unit at #02-803 Blk 4 Bedok South Ave 1 today July 7th at 10.00 a.m. The services provide both of them in parricular Mr.Wajid was extremely PROFESSIONAL/ CLEAN/EFFICIENT AND WE DONE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION. In all my future servicing I insist only Mr.Wajid & his team to attend to my unit servicing. Good job done. 👍

Fantastic experience! Great job from start to finish! Wint from customer service via the watsapp chat has been so helpful, and quick to reply any queries. Even when things go wrong, she’s always there to support and work fast to rectify the problem. I appreciate her patience with me. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the aircon installation on schedule. The installers were highly efficient, polite, and clearly experts at what they do. They explained in detail after job completion. Thank you Karthik, Shihab and Hossain alal. They worked quickly without cutting any corners. They were clean, professional, and the unit runs perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone in Singapore needing reliable AC services.

They came on time, professional . Explains very clearly and details . Before confirming the placement of installation , will check with the owner first before installing begin. Also open up check the layout of old national aircon pipe. Working hard on details , try fixing the problem with wiring issues and to resolving issues and they finalise workmanship of the job , resolve missing out working area. Make sure work is done correctly and perfection of installation job ,before hand over to us Highly recommended anyone who wants installation of aircon , servicing Aircon together maintenance.

Engaged them for aircon servicing and encountered a water leaking issue shortly after the first clean which can happen when loosened dirt clogs the drain line. I contacted them and they sent down a team for a follow-up immediately. The technicians used a heavy-duty vacuum to thoroughly flush out the blockage and tested it multiple times by pouring water to ensure the leak was 100% resolved. Best of all, they did not charge a single cent for the follow-up service. Highly responsible, honest, and excellent after-sales support! Will definitely use them again.
