I am very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Mr. Din and his colleague, Mr. Lee. They were professional, patient, and honest throughout the servicing. Mr. Din showed me before-and-after photos of my air conditioner, which gave me confidence that the cleaning was done properly. He also took the time to explain how to read the gas meter and what I should know about it, helping me understand my air conditioner’s condition instead of just completing the job and leaving. Previously, another service technician worked on my air conditioner, but after the servicing, the indoor unit became so noisy that I even had to wear earplugs to sleep. I was very upset because the air conditioner was also not cold. Mr. Din carefully checked everything, helped to blow air through the compressor, and after his servicing, my air conditioner is much quieter and much colder than before. I was truly touched by the care, patience, and dedication that Mr. Din showed. He didn’t just repair my air conditioner—he made sure I understood what he was doing and why. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to educate their customers. Thank you, Mr. Din and Mr. Lee, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy air-conditioning servicing.

The workers damaged the bathroom door, then came back to check it. After fiddling with it for ages, the door was even worse. They just left, insisting they weren't the ones who broke it. The workers kept changing their story, sometimes saying the bathroom door was open, sometimes saying my family member opened it for them. I just got gas installed a little over a year ago, and this time, while I wasn't home, they made my family member agree to refill the gas. What was supposed to be just air conditioner cleaning has now cost over 600 yuan, including refilling the gas and replacing the door. Using this broken door every day is infuriating. I've been using their service for over a year, and they've completely ripped me off. Avoid them!

Dean & Lee came to replace pcb board and service my Panasonic aircon. Inform of timing before coming and were on time, service was fast and good and clean up done nicely. Gave advice on maintaining too.

Had a last minute leak and they were able to come on short notice to fix the leak and also service all of the other units. Dean and Wei Ming were friendly, clear in explaining the issues and easy communicate with. Really appreciate their service

Dean and Weiming arrived at the stipulated time. They did a thorough chemical wash on my units and gas top up. They also help to clean the floors thereafter. The price was fair and the units are more cooling now. Will recommend to use them again.

Great service by Ah Yao (Aircon Technician) He was punctual, professional, and fixed my aircon units quickly. He helped to service my leaky aircon units as well and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend.

Had a servicing appointment with them and they noticed the gas psi was low so did a top up and after that the aircon had some issue. Not only did the offer foc to come diagnose as part of their 3 mth warranty. They also help fix it at no additional charge.( turns out one of the plastic part on the compressor gave way. So it was a simple 30 min fix). Great work esp from Dean and his team!

4units of aircon serviced by Kelson and Shun, they arrived earlier than expected, able to service the aircon and diagnose the problem because aircon in the living room is not cold, they checked and found the temp regulator sensor spoiled. After change out that sensor, the aircon becomes cooler. Appreciate their help and all my aircons are working fine. Will get regular servicing in the future.

Highly recommend Kelson from LS Aircon! He recently came over to service our AC units and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough with the cleaning and inspection. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he clearly explained the condition of the system without trying to push unnecessary repairs or upsells.
