I met Vallerie at the showroom, but she was quite uninterested in sharing anything. She gave a one-word response and mentioned that she would provide us with a quote, but it’s been almost two weeks. We didn’t see the point in following up either.

Engaged with this company to get a new door as my one had a ton of damage. The people were really nice, measuring my door way, being patient while I chose which door I preferred and helped with the installation without any issues. Not to mention the door designs having nice design options, won't rot from water, won't be damaged easily and easy to clean! High quality not only doors, frames and others. Thanks!

Thought we already knew what doors we wanted before visiting, but after the team explained to us, we realised not every door type would be suitable. Instead of simply upselling us, they honestly recommended the Melamine series which worked much better for our home. Really appreciated that kind of sincerity. The installers were also very experienced. Installation was smooth and everything was done neatly.

Came across Bumi Megah Timber Doors while sourcing for replacement doors for my resale flat. I liked that they had quite a wide variety of designs and colours to choose from, especially their WTP series. Installation was completed on schedule and the installers cleaned up properly afterwards. So far the door quality has been good and the noise reduction is noticeably better than my previous hollow door.

We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the products and the professionalism of the service provided. The product quality is exceptional; specifically, the door frames (or jambs) are noteworthy. The Frame and Door is 100% waterproof, termite offering a durable and practical solution. Furthermore, the experience dealing with the team was very pleasant. The workers are highly professional and efficient. Overall, this is a genuinely professional company that we highly recommend for anyone looking to replace their toilet door.

We reached out to this company in February regarding their WTP doors. The door we liked was out of stock, so we gave up, but a few weeks later they told us that it's back in stock. So we told them what we need and confirmed that we will buy from them - they never asked for payment even when we were confirming the order. They came in April for measurements, but didn't do so saying some issues are there so they will have to come again later. We were okay as our deadline was June mid (they were very well aware of that). May mid when we are starting to panic that measurements still haven't been taken, we reached out to them and they tell us that the door is out of stock again and we will have to wait till June end. They never reserved the stock for us knowing fully well that our order was 100% confirmed. Now we will have to move into a house without any doors. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional behaviour. Their sales lady's answer to everything about shipping and stock is "I don't know" and she refuses to share her Boss's contact.

We had quite a door makeover project (10+ WTP doors) and it was a very collaborative process from start to finish. Vellerie and Kent managed our project and despite teething issues faced during the start of the installation, they were resolved with professionalism and we are especially appreciative of Mr. Lim coming on-site to personally supervise the team. Among the team of installers, some individuals were very meticulous and dedicated to their craft and we thank them for the hard work as well. Thank you, Mr. Lim, Vellerie, Kent and team.

PSA to everyone who installing, unless your house under Reno than it’s ok otherwise if u just replacing your door, better prepare to plastic wrap your area before they come install, otherwise you will will need to clean your whole house and walls, nightmare literally. It will end up looking like a construction site.
