They did a normal service for us and the red light that keeps blinking for 20 seconds before the air con turns on is no longer there. The previous Aircon servicing person from another company told us that it’s not a problem they can solve and it doesn’t matter as it doesn’t affect the working condition of the Aircon. Cost of single unit quoted: $40 When he arrived, immediately said need to charge "extra fee" to clean the fan blower. Priced doubled. Now $80. I checked my previous servicer. They don't charge extra for that. Ripoff pricing. Avoid.

Messaged in the morning, got my leaking air con fixed by evening. Technician was very thorough and meticulous, went to great lengths to locate and clean the air con pipe at the back of my place. Also very grateful to Joanne for her prompt replies and all her help with organising the servicing of my air con

My compressor blew (literally a loud bang! on Sunday morning, 31/03) and aircon for entire house was down Called Cheap Aircon on Sunday evening, but their technician had left for the day. On Monday I tried again and Joanne managed to squeeze someone in to troubleshoot our aircon between 3 - 5 pm on same day Long story short: the technician found one of the wires in compressor was dried and brittle. Due to a crack in the covering of the wire, water went in and it shorted out my compressor. He changed the wiring and everything works fine now! A big thank you to Joanne and technician Lee for their excellent service!!

I am here to update my review here after the 2nd times we used their service. 11/12: service aircon, dismantle fan coil as per technician said is dirty, sure why not. But after dismantle i m wonder should the fan coil wash with chemicals or even soap or just to rinse water over it? The fan coil is serviced by them on august yeah i know is been 4 months so im fine if your technician said dirty coz dismantle fan coil need another $30 but please at least do a proper job! After 2nd day of the service, aircon leak water. Yup this will be my last service from them. They say will let me know by morning and yet no response from them and now is already 2pm I dont think their service is meant to be last long. Their work of service Is just waiting you to call them for their next servicing 😂 One more damn thing, please ask ur technician stop saying aircon is old. If you’re not interested to service old aircon please state in your website. Good luck 08/12 If u like fast and responsive, reliable and good service use them. Just that I hope they can clean up after service. 😂 Overall is Good 👍🏼 will contact them in future for all my aircon. Thank you 🙏

I used their services and I don’t think they are here to help instead of their work services is waiting for your next schedule. Is like trying to anyhow do their job and waiting ur aircon to spoil and call them again. Do you really thinks the whole sg only got one aircon service company? Think again

Would avoid this place at all costs. My AC was leaking and I asked them to come down which they agreed and I'm grateful for. The cleaning was done in less than 10 mins which is of course a plus point especially for WFH people like me. Happily turned on my AC thinking it was ok and after 2 days, voila! The leaking started again. Asked another trusted company of mine to come down. When they opened the AC, they told me that the water wasn't drained at all and it's something that should be done for general AC cleaning. Please save your money for a better servicing company.

Talking of price I should said is they are normal price, but I appreciate they are willing to come and services my aircon at late hours and find out my Aircon plug cause the problem instead the aircon. Thanks to the technician and the customer service are willing to attend me at late hours

The guys were professional and recommended what was needed even though we ask for total chemical washing for all units and compressor as the ac was not cold at all. Thank you. Will definitely find them again for maintenance.

Although I last minute reschedule my appointment , they still accomodated me in the friendliest manner possible. Once the technician arrived to do the servicing and able to get my aircon units working again immediately. There weren't any extra charges either, and he made sure to stick to the price we agreed upon beforehand. I really recommend this company and I hope their kind of service continues for a long long time.

The technician was very friendly. And upon checking my son's room aircon he said just general servicing will do no need chemical wash. So i ask him to do one more in my other room. Btw they also accept pay now if you are not comfortable paying a lot of cash. Great service and excellent customer service support
