Really fedup with service. They promised to come in the morning. Then they changed to evening as their van repair. I spent whole day to remove particians covered the compressor. Because last time technician said they can not do these type of works like remove partician to ch4ck compressor. Then one service guy knocked door. The moment he entered house, looks like he doesn't want to do service. Then he opened one unit and said need to do chemical cleaning. Also that guy not even bring any plastic sheet to protect my mattress. Then i use my plastic sheet. Exactly same unit chemical cleaning done by this company guy few months before. Usually chemical cleaning not necessary even yearly. I said i would like to talk to company. I called all numbers. No one respond. But technician call one number company staff talking to him. I asked the guy to give that number. He hesitate to give and ask me to look in website. Then technician said he no mood to do service. Then he went back. Worst response and worst bad attitude technician. His name is MANIKANTAN. If you people still engage 338 Aircon please ask them not to send this guy. Please do not engage this people. Wasting our time and energy even we pay. Thanks for reading the review. Look for others for best reliable service.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with 338 Aircon, particularly with the technician, Manikandan. His attitude towards the customer was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was honestly shocked by the way he communicated and behaved. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was completely missing. He also arrived without the proper equipment required to carry out the work, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. If the technician does not have the necessary tools or equipment, this should be checked before arranging the appointment. To make matters worse, in the end, he did not want to carry out the aircon cleaning at all, despite the purpose of the appointment being for the cleaning service. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. The lack of professionalism, respect, preparation, and willingness to complete the agreed service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend 338 Aircon based on this experience.
