I have been supporting them for more than 10 years, and until today, their service has always been excellent Recently, they helped me replace my aircon with a brand new unit at a very reasonable price. As usual, the whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free What I appreciate most is their consistency. After using their service for so many years, they have always been reliable, honest, responsive, and professional. Their workmanship and after-sales service give you confidence and peace of mind. When you find an aircon company that takes care of you this well for more than 10 years, you really don’t feel like changing to another aircon service company. 10+ years of trust says everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lin and Ak were excellent. They were resilient in finding the underlying issue to my Aircon problem even though it required abit of time and checking the various parts of the Aircon to get to the root cause. Excellent!

The technicians were very professional from troubleshooting aircon failure to replacement of new aircon system. Great care was taken to ensure there was no damage done to my renovation & quality of work was excellent!. Quotation was highly competitive & very pleasant experience overall!

Bala and Team 3 are always very professional and giving good advice on how to set aircon better to avoid problems like smell or leaking. I'll renew my contract for a 2nd year with this company.

The 2 staff are very professional n did a great job. They even offer to help me replace the screws and screws cover which were missing (lost by the other aircon company previously). They also ensure my place was properly cleaned and dried after the session. I Strongly recommended @bsolute Aircon.

I’ve used Absolute Aircon for over a decade now and have always found them reliable, competent and efficient in their service. The person who helped replace my old aircon units with inverter ones in 2014 is the same person who just replaced my broken-down condenser and corresponding indoor units in 2026. Lin Lin and his team have been a great service to my household and I truly appreciate the work that they do.

Engaged them for installation of System 1 air-conditioning system.. Team: AC5 led by Mr Ho XX (Jilin/China), Ah Too (Mynamar) and Ah Huat (Mynamar).. Mr Ho & Ah Tu came to do the free on-site assessment.. They made useful recommendations to do piping and installation.. They are knowledgeable, courteous and attentive.. It gives us the confidence to engage them.. We are glad we did! The work is neat and good.. They also clean the premises before leaving.. Client Services Officer Rina is both responsive and supportive.. Overall, a positive happy experience.. Will engage them for future air-con needs. Recommend:-)

I have just renewed Absolute Aircon service contract by another year. This is my third annual renewal. They are polite, punctual, meticulous and thorough. Update on 19th May: Today, I have a pleasant surprise. Team 2 (Linlin and AK) who supported me through contract 1 and midway through contract 2, came back to support my aircon servicing. All of Absolute's team are good, but we are very happy to receive Team 2 again today. They did an excellent job and are very fast and efficient. Cleaned 4 aircon and 4 compressors in under an hour. Settled my issue with one warm air aircon and left the area very clean, without mess. Thank you Linlin and AK.

Dear All, On 27th March , 2026, the 3 technician arrived at my residence and resolved the air con not cold issues, They manged to detect the leak as the fasten nut was found to have cracked and replaced a new one . Thank you for the excellent work .

@bsolute Aircon did a fantastic job with adding our new internal air con unit. Team 1 (Balu, Khannan and Khin) proposed a smart plan to achieve the goal, and they executed well. attentive to detail, and lots of experience. I will work with @bsolute Aircon again.

Not impressed with scheduling of quarterly services. Sometimes they want to schedule a service a month after previous service or not scheduling any . After 5 months and I have to contact them to schedule a service. When I raised my concerns. They apologized, but said the contract was flexible???

We like to compliment Mr Balu and Team 1 for their good advice and service for our unit. Balu and his Team 1 were very professional throughout. Prompt, efficient and very hardworking, Blau was also very proactive in seeing potential issues and coming up with good solutions. We wanted a System 3 and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Hoping that they will continue their good work because it is obvious Balu takes great pride in the work he and the team does!
