Firstly they were late. Initially they only had 2 persons come clean a 3 bedroom apartment. The other 2 only came about 30 minutes into the clean and 1 of them don't actually work but 'supervise'. They are not methodical. Clean a bit here clean a bit there but never a thorough clean of any part of the house. I removed most of my furniture and made sure the shelves and cupboards were empty as I'm moving out so as to facilitate the cleaning. They don't clean lights or fans unless you ask them to. They do not clean tabletops or chairs. My TV console was not cleaned at all. They have this guy who just stands around after completing 1 task and stares out the window until someone else tells him what to do next. He also flicked his dirty cleaning cloth outside on the corridor in front of my neighbour's door. After they left, I mopped the floor and the water was black. Total waste of money. They weren't cheap either. I paid extra for degreasing my oven and it still looked the same. I sprayed my own degreaser and cleaned my own oven door and all the oil came out. $525. What a rip off.

They engage their own employees to post fake positive reviews to get their ratings up. I can recognise one of their own cleaners has posted a fake review. They are the most unskilled and unprofessional bunch I ever encountered.

Most terrible experience i have ever had. Never take this service, all the other nice reviews in my opinion are fake. Ill list down my experiences with as many pictures as i can. Note : Its not allowing me to post WhatsApp conversation proof. You can directly reach out to me, ill share along with videos to save your money from their fraud. 1) Two out of four Cleaners were under aged kids (14-15 yrs max). 2) Broke my washroom plumbing and didn't even inform me, just left as if i wouldn't notice. 3) Moping water marks every where. 4) Water marks on the dining table. 5) Charged me extra $50 for degreasing the kitchen wall, but after they left, it was exactly in the same condition. Charged me $150 extra for common room washroom as it was "Dirty". Yet again, subpar cleaning even after charging so much extra. 6) 2 Entire cabinets and store room cabinets just left as it is. 7) Salt and water marks on the basin. 8) Terrible toilet cleaning. 9) Lizard poop left sticking on the walls. 10) Terrible cleaning of the kitchen hood, didn't even take out the oil collector. 11) Didn't clean stains/dust on the walls. 12) When i called them, refused everything and said i was making things up. 13) Refused to come and fix their mistakes. 14) Didn't even give me receipt even after multiple requests. 15) They took $50 as advance money, i by mistake upon completion paid them the full amount. Even upon multiple intimation, they didn't respond or comply. Overall Extremely Poor cleaning and experience!! I had to engage helpers to fix these, they were able to fix all of the above issues perfectly without any "professional equipments".

I had engaged Citian Redefine P/L for deep cleaning, post reno cleaning, chemical & stubborn stains cleaning on windows, grilles, floor and wall tiles. The unit I bought had been rented out to foreigners. The unit was in super bad shapes. Windows and grilles were covered with thick dust that had to open with force. Thick oil stains around kitchen stove and stove wall area, strong left over of curry smells and also curry stains. Stubborn stains on toilet floor and back room floor, totally unable to remove despite used bleach. Thanks to Citian Redefine Pte Ltd, they had solved my problem and stress how much more I need to spend to clear all these mess caused by previous tenants so that I could move in. Mel of Citian Redefine Pte Ltd had went extra miles on top of the services I requested; He arranged his workers to help chemical wash the left behind refrigerator and disinfect my unit before kid and myself could move in. Knowing it's not easy to be a single parent and have a bad experience with the contractor who I engaged for minor work in my unit Sincerely appreciates the professionalism of all the on-site workers, their time and efforts in my house, they had never stop for lunch break. And taking this chance to thank Citian Redefine Pte Ltd for your goodwill service after noticed my situation. Will highly recommend Citian Redefine Pte Ltd and Mel. Without them, kid and I would not have a clean and hygienic dream home.

Engaged them a few times to clean my house and felt that they are the best compared to some other companies I have tried. Crew members provide professional service and thorough cleaning for my house, they are also able to perform their tasks without supervision. Highly recommended!

Worst service and company! Absolutely unprofessional! Worst ever work done! All the good comments are fake, don’t listen to that. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The whole experience was pleasant and I am glad that I managed to find such a responsible company to handle the cleaning and disinfecting at my home. I submitted a request for quotation at about 2.00 pm today and Melvyn called me within the next few minutes. He gave a thorough explanation about the service and made sure that I knew what to expect. I originally thought that I could only get a booking slot next few days, but Melvyn kindly offered to send his team of staff to my place at 6.00 pm today so that my house can be disinfected asap. At the arranged timing, the team of staff arrived with the equipment and put on the necessary protective gear before entering the premise. During the phone call with Melvyn earlier, I specially requested for staff who are okay with dogs, as my dog is usually wary of strangers. I was assured that all of their staff are able to work in households with dogs. True enough, my dog liked the team of staff and kept asking them to play with her. I can tell that she was very comfortable with them. The disinfecting was done very thoroughly and they took extra care to ensure that high touch surfaces were taken care of. At the end of the process, a full set of pictures detailing the areas disinfected was sent to me. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely engage their services again. Highly recommended! 👍🏽
