Hired them in March 2024 to fix a leaking roof with a 1-year warranty. In May 2024, the same issue reoccurred and they came back to rectify it. However, by September 2025, the leak appeared again at the exact same spot. When I reached out this time, it took them about 10 days to respond. When they finally did, they quoted a price even higher than the original job, which was surprising given this was a recurring issue in the same area. More disappointing was their nonchalant attitude , there was no real attempt to explain why the problem kept returning or to take accountability for what appears to be a lack of a long-term solution. Instead, they simply suggested I check with other contractors for comparison. This doesn’t inspire confidence, especially after already engaging them twice for the same issue. From a homeowner’s perspective, I don’t expect to be paying for the same repair every 12–16 months. This raises concerns about the quality and durability of their work. Would not recommend unless you are prepared to keep patching the same spot on an annual basis.

The site supervisor was Alauddin. He did a wonderful job to co-ordinate the work done, especially for the waterproofing of the roof. It was suddenly made challenging as the neighbour happened to engage another company to paint their external wall which necessitated their workers to step onto my roof. Alauddin managed it well together with the neighbour's site supervisor such that they could proceed with their work without hindering his. I'm happy with Alauddin's work.
