Beware. Do not engage this company.
I hired them to replace my roof, and they tried to cut corners by using fewer materials than agreed while proceeding with the installation. It was only after I made a major issue of it and refused to let them continue that they redid the work.
Even then, the workmanship was poor, and the entire experience was exhausting. Communication was extremely difficult because none of the workers spoke English, making it almost impossible to resolve issues efficiently. There was no supervisor whom you can talk to and the boss claimed he is overseas.
Also, do not rely on the photos on their website or Instagram. They did not reflect the quality of the work I received.

👎🏻Roofing Singapore Pte Ltd regarding their poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and failure to honour their promises.
As their company director never been back at work to support clients’ needs. The company didn’t help to contact with director for further support even clients requested many times. ❌
Despite engaging this company multiple times for a waterproofing and leakage repair project, the issue remains unresolved even after more than three separate attempts. Each time, the company’s workers displayed unqualified skills and failed to properly diagnose or fix the leakage. Instead of providing a lasting solution, the problem kept returning, causing continued inconvenience and damage.
What is more disappointing is the conduct of the senior team manager, Mr. Nasir.
Nasir had personally assured that if the company could not resolve the leakage issue, they would not take any money from the client or would provide a full refund. This promise was made clearly and in good faith to secure the client’s trust.
However, after the company failed to complete the job successfully, Roofing Singapore Pte Ltd is now refusing to refund the payment, despite Mr. Nasir’s earlier verbal commitment. This is a clear case of broken promises and unethical business practice.
Such behaviour is unacceptable for a service company operating in Singapore, especially one that deals with essential home maintenance issues like roofing and waterproofing.
Consumers deserve transparency, professional standards, and integrity — not repeated failed attempts and unfulfilled guarantees.
Other homeowners and property owners be caution when dealing with Roofing Singapore Pte Ltd.

All our works undergo proper inspection, and our team including Mr. Nasir maintains strict accountability and quality assurance. Roofing or waterproofing services are not like dead ends, we have skilled professionals to carry out any project successfully. We inspect the site, provide free quotation, execute the task professionally, and we recheck the site when it’s done. So, there is no-win situation in our services. We provide services until our clients are satisfied. This is why every customer loves our job and appreciates our services.
You claimed that we couldn’t fix ‘leakage issue’, but this is a minor problem, and even a non-professional worker can fix this issue well. Thereacross, as one of the best rooftop contractors, this is a piece of cake for us. You claimed something which is unbelieveable., and it’s a totally false acquisition.
We do not make verbal promises or collect payment without fulfilling our service commitments. If you really didn’t get the proper service, please contact us immediately, and we will provide proper support to resolve any issue.
