so thankful to have engaged commercestar for aircon installation, communication and enquiries with customer service was responsive and informative, Raymond was friendly and courteous, gave his honest advice during site visit, quotation was transparent and exact without additional hidden charges, the team covered areas with plastic sheets and floor protection before dismantling the old aircon, excellent workmanship on the installation, they really take pride in what they do, 10x better than any other well known companies i had engaged before, lookout for great deals on shopee/lazada, highly recommended!!👍🏻😊

Had Alam and Babu from *Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd* install my *Mitsubishi Electric Starmex System 4* and the experience was excellent. They were *friendly, reliable and very professional*. Before starting, they *checked with me on the piping route and aircon placement* to make sure I was comfortable with it. Whenever I had questions about the Starmex system, fan coil placement, or maintenance, they took time to *advise me clearly* instead of rushing. After the installation, they even *helped me tidy up the house* and made sure everything was clean. Neat workmanship, on time, and no hard selling. I also *strongly recommend Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd for air conditionin installation for their reasonable prices*. Highly recommend Alam and Babu if you want installers you can trust!

I heard many horror stories about aircon installation for BTO and condo unit. Hence I am extra careful on who will be doing the installation for us. To add, if we engaged our ID to do the aircon for us .. the price will be steeper.We found Commercestar on Shoppee. But we got a good deal with them as there is a promotion on free upgrade to better insulation material for the installation. We are blessed to found them. We were impressed by the aircon installation team for their professionalism from the first survey and the subsequent installation of the trucking and lying of cables and finally the fan coil and compressors installation. Special Kudos to the professional job well done by their project manager Raymond and his installation team for my condo aircon installation. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family if you want a hassle free installation.

Very happy with the purchase! Seller was responsive and arranged the installation smoothly. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a neat job. They also explained how to use the aircon and cleaned up after installation. Aircon is cooling well and everything is working perfectly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend! huge thanks to new shahin and abu for their outstanding service. they were professional, friendly, and explained every step of the aircon cleaning process clearly. they worked quickly yet thoroughly, making sure everything was done properly without rushing. i was especially impressed that they covered my furniture with plastic to prevent dust from getting everywhere and left the area spotless after the job. excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and a very pleasant experience overall. will definitely engage their services again!

Technicians Shaha and Rony were specially requested to do the job a week ago I found them to be very thorough and efficient after the last servicing. As usual both the units were dismantled and washed including the roller fans which I found lacking in many servicing companies. Before leaving they even ensured that the wash area was cleaned up and dry. Had to get them back again just one week later as Aircon was not functioning with two green lights blinking continuously. Shaha team responded almost immediately and problem was solved. Job well done again. Will call on you, Commercestar when the next servicing is due. Anne.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-tier workmanship and customer service! Highly recommend Commercestar Engineering! Bought an MHI System 3 from them on Shopee and the entire process was flawless. Communication over WhatsApp was excellent and super responsive. They did a very smooth and professional site survey beforehand to plan everything out. During the installation, the team went above and beyond by helping to remove my old trunking and suggesting a much better new route. The final installation is incredibly neat and well-executed. A big thank you to the team for the outstanding service and professional job!

I highly recommend this company for all your aircon needs. My dad who is retired and was previously in the aircon trade were also full of praises for the team. Raymond came down on site personally to advise and do the measurements. He also helped to liaise with my ID on the placement of the units and also the runnings of the pipings to fit into the design. He was always prompt in replies and even went the extra mile to let me know of the promos on Shoppee and Lazada. On installation day, 3 workers came down. Najib and his team worked so well together and each knew exactly what they needed to do. They also cleaned up after the work and wrapped up my units nicely as I’m still in the midst of renovation. I have nothing but praises for Raymond and Najib and the workers. Thank you so much for over exceeding my expectations and delivering such a positive customer experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After doing a lot of research, I found this company on Shopee and decided to engage them based on their excellent reviews and very competitive pricing. I’m glad I did! From the initial enquiry to the installation, everything was smooth and transparent. There were no hidden charges, and the quotation was exactly what I paid. The installation was carried out by two very professional technicians who arrived on time and completed my full System 3 aircon installation in about 7.5 hours. What impressed me the most was that they never rushed the job. They took their time to ensure everything was installed properly and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. I was finding for aircon purchase, after I saw Commercestar Engineering ad, I texted the business whatapp and the person was Raymond who is the sale engineer who attend to all my questions. He is very patient and very well communication to me. He listen to my budget and giving the best advice. After a few month later. I have decided to purchase my aircon with Commercestar, first of all, site measurements and installation came on time. They will remind you thru whatapp, even the installation team Tawhid Team will call and ask if they could come before the appointment time. Tawhid and his team mate they are well communicated during the installation. Once again thank you for the service. One most importantly of this company has strong communication in between Sales, installation team and company finance team.

found this company through shoppee a year and a half ago and installed Samsung air cons. the piping started to condense and leak water within a week. called them down twice to look at it and their conclusion was that Samsung air cons are colder and more prone to condensation, and that there is nothing they can do about it anymore.. I stupidly believed them and now have engaged another company to look at it and they said the piping the terrible and there is no way it's normal. now I have to pay for entire re piping. although it is partly my fault for believing them, I believe they should not have told me that in the first place. even with the 2 free servicing, the servicing staff also brushed off the issue when I pointed it out to them. these were all different employees too.

i had a very good experience, the were very experience. i wanted to install a second set of compressor in my HDB and prior to them we had a few to quote. Many said cannot be done, some quickly exorbitant installation fees, some say no problem but did not instill confidence. Raymond came and inspect and was very experience about it. The installation team was also very knowledgeable, they worked from 940am till 700+pm, with a short lunch, no slacking off. They also fixed my previous drainage piping issue where others tried to rip us off by saying we need to redo all the drainage. would high recommend them

Clearly an experienced group of technicians and a responsive company with ethics. They clearly know it is important to use high grade materials - K flex titan Class 0, 21 swg 0.81mm DSP copper pipes, among others, especially given Singapore's brutal climate and humidity. I was assisted by Raymond for the pre-installation site survey, and Tawhid with his crew for the actual installation. Replaced a system 4 setup with a system 3 unit for my in-laws' place. Having experienced aircon nightmares at my previous home, I was extremely careful with who I chose to go with this project. They did a good job and mitigated some doubts and fears I had regarding certain elements of the installation. I will definitely be engaging them for my future BTO flat.

Excellent servicing job by your very friendly and helpful Aircon technicians. Cleaned and washed front cover, filters etc and used vacuum cleaner to suck dust and dirt from coils thoroughly. Very satisfied with the servicing and will recommend your service to my family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!

The job of chemical wash for 2 fan coils was done well, though one fan coil started to leak after that. Service staff returned to premise within 30 mins to rectify. Two thumbs up for good service and service recovery.

Good job from the servicing team! Prior to the scheduled appointment, a message notification was sent to inform their estimated time of arrival. They did their work competently — taking out the different parts of the aircon unit, cleaning up the inside components and washing them! They addressed all our queries. Top notch service from start to finish. Site engineer was professional, offered great advice, and stayed responsive online even afterwards when there was a little hiccup on my end. The installation team was efficient and thoroughly cleaned the affected areas, and were very professional as well. Just completed the free servicing and signed for the annual servicing package on the spot because I was so impressed with their service. Special kudos to Guna who took the initiative to identify a problem with my unit and reported it to their office right away. Everything was well planned and executed, truly ZERO pain points whatsoever thanks to their thoughtful customer service. Considering I purchased the units during the 11.11 sale and used my climate voucher as well, I was totally not expecting this level of VIP service from them. Going with Commercestar for my air con needs was definitely the best decision I made.
