My whole house aircon (System 1 & 4) was installed by Ah Siang, Manager, from Coolforce Aircon. He has done an excellent & perfect job. He did it with all his best abilities & never cut any corners at all. I am 100% satisfied with his professional work. He is definitely The Best aircon installer in Singapore. His boss is very blessed to have him in his company. Ah Siang has definitely made Coolforce Aircon very proud. Hopefully his boss will have a chance to read this true & honest review. Serviced my fancoil unit (normal cleaning) backed in July 2025 and the technician kept up-selling for semi-chemical wash which I rejected because price quoted was higher than market price. Since then I decided not to use them and today known through my regular service technician that 2 of the fancoil was bend likely due to damaged from either deliberate or bad workmanship. Watch out.

Engaged them to do chemical overhaul. Their service is prompt and professional. Even though they were unable to fix my aircon on the first time, due to unforeseen issues, they came back and settled my air con the next day. No complaints.

Engaged them for chemical overhaul. Job was done well. However the 1 star is for unethical business practices which unfortunately plague most aircon companies in Singapore. My aircon has no issues cooling my room. I ordered a chemical overhaul for my unit since it has been a few years since I have done a thorough clean. The aircon technician came, turned on aircon for about 10-20 seconds and said my aircon has cooling issues and might need to top up gas. He claimed there are additional charges for aircon gas top up of $130-$180. The Cool Force website says gas top up is inclusive of chemical overhaul service which costs $150 for one unit. After the service I double checked with Cool Force via their WhatsApp. They confirmed that for the price of $150 for chemical overhaul that gas top up is included in that service. This is not the first aircon technician in Singapore who tried to pull this. Best part is when you bring it up to the company about what happened. They don’t reply you at all. Instead the technician who you complained about will call you, try to gaslight saying it was a misunderstanding and say that he never force to top up gas which is not the point at all. The point is gas top up is supposed to be included in the $150 price of chemical overhaul with no additional charges but he quoted me an extra $130-$180. I know aircon technician also need to eat but I’m sick of these people thinking they can cheat the customers and make extra cash. Not the first aircon technician who did this to me also. Changed over 20-30 aircon companies cause the technicians always claim there is some problem when there is none to make extra cash. Sick of it. While typing this review, company finally responded to me and their explanation seems worse. They claim the technician was just informing me of the price like hello???. Then after some back and forth they asked if my aircon is cooling and if there were any issues to contact them again. Now I’m worried that the aircon technician either released gas from the condenser unit or loosened a bolt to let the gas slowly leak over the next few days so I can call them to top up and can charge me an additional $130-$180. Why is it so hard to find honest aircon service companies in SG?

Highly recommend ah Siang who is very meticulous and went to great length to check from beginning to the end. We were considering whether to change existing pipes which were already over 10 years. We were convinced to change it eventually and engaged his company to change 5 units of AC and new pipes. Ah Siang and his team of installers have exceeded my expectations! However, I would strongly discourage using his ceiling and paint worker who messed up my rooms’ paint! Other than this unfortunate incident, ah Siang is the guy to go for your air con installation and servicing requirements!

I chanced upon the company’s office while I was buying roast duck. My home air conditioning just broke down and I walked in to ask for a quote. The lady who greeted me told me that they will send down their engineer to do a site visit as it was a replacement of my existing air con. Out of all the companies that I asked for a site visit, their engineer, Mr Lee, was the most detailed. Everyone else missed out the important details. Because of this, we awarded the work to them. The installation was professionally done, well organised and we are most happy that the flat is now completely cool, including the kitchen. Thanks very much, CF guys!! PS they also told me which duck stall was the most popular, haha!

Used Cool Force for the initial installation and air con maintenance for the past three years. They have friendly customer service on site and over the phone. Since the minimum contract for maintenance is four times a year, the customer service will always call on a quarterly basis to setup a maintenance appointment. For the maintenance guys, they are always on time and will only advise to do a chemical wash when necessary. Highly recommend.
