I was searching for an LEW to inspect the elelctrical works as well as the water heater installation done by my ID (who didn't instill much confidence as the renovation progresses) and found Mr Kumar's contact via recommendations on a Facebook page. Of the LEWs whom I reached out to, Mr Kumar's price was one of the most competitive and it also helps tremendously that he was able to slot in my requests fairly quickly. During the inspection, he checked the consumer unit as well as all sockets to ensure there was proper grounding. He was also very thorough and meticulous in checking the water heater installation, even taking apart the water heater to observe the wiring and also performing a light bulb test on the unit. As a result of the inspection, it was found that my consumer unit was placed too high and also, one of the lighting was on a power circuit, both of which contravenes the relevant code of practice. As I was no longer confident in both the competency and workmanship of my ID to rectify the issues, I asked Mr Kumar to help me fix them and it only took him and his assistant half a day to separate out the lighting circuit and to lower the position of the consumer unit to an easily accessible height! Mr Kumar's workmanship and due diligence were impeccable (e.g. using crimp connectors to join wires, making sure that the repositioned consumer unit was securely installed, and labeling the switches, sockets and the MCB). Upon completion of the works, he also made sure that the walls were patched up and repainted. If you are looking for a competent, knowledgeable and hands-on LEW, look no further: Mr Kumar is your man!

Was about 1030 pm. Power in the apartment shut down . Knowing close to nothing about electrical wiring , or my way around a circuit board, I needed someone to help save the wine in the wine fridge . Kumar arrived within 20 Minutes of speaking to him. He identified the problem , came up with a solution, and was gone by midnight. Huge thanks to Kumar! Very grateful. Would highly recommend their services !

Mr Kumar acted very promptly and professionally after I WhatsApped him at 7am on my power trip. He arrived shortly within an impressive 15 mins time frame! He changed my DB wires to those thicker ones as my previous electrician failed to do so, which caused the power trip when I switched on two kettles at the same time. He is definitely the electrician to go to if you have an emergency blackout in the wee hours!!

I was looking for a LEW to troubleshoot 3 sockets that seems to be unEarthed , as indicated by the socket tester. Googled n submit a WhatApp message to a few but only Devniti Electrical Services got back to me. Kumar came and solved the problem. He also checked n highlighted to me that my water tank heater was not grounded. I got him to returned the following week to fix it too. Like his professional service n reasonable price too. Definitely highly recommended.

He is very efficient and friendly to us. We call him at night due to our unit sudden blackout after office hours and he came within the time as replied by him. He checked our CB and noticed the issue were outside our unit which we had to notify the EMU to replace the parts. He even waited for them to repair and recheck our unit to ensure it is working. Arrived within 20mins of our call. Was able to resolve our power trip in an instant. Really grateful that Mr Kumar came down at 12 midnight when our ID did not even bother to come down when my house had a power trip and just told us to wait till 10am tomorrow for her electrician to come. My electrical circuit box was heating up with smoke coming out whilst having a baby at home! Mr Kumar came promptly within 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately (loose wiring which caused the wire to corrode).
