Mr Ping is very kind and approachable. I dropped him a message on a Friday afternoon and he showed up on Saturday morning. My toilet light and fan could not turn on and he fixed it in a jiffy. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

The water heater at my grandparent’s master bedroom kept tripping the circuit breaker and so I contacted this company for help. Overall, I had a great experience with this company. The owner was very friendly, transparent, and highly responsive over WhatsApp throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the water heater replacement and answered all my questions, which gave me confidence in the service. I specifically requested a technician who could speak Chinese so that my grandparents could communicate comfortably, and he arranged for Mr Ping to assist us. Mr Ping was extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the replacement very quickly. He patiently explained to my grandparents how to properly maintain the new water heater and also helped us understand why the previous unit had broken down. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and consideration. He took care not to leave a mess in the toilet after drilling and applied silicone properly to ensure water would not seep through. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business, especially Mr Ping, to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

I've been using Ah Ping for many years and he has always been reliable, but today's job really stood out. I had a major pipe blockage that turned out to require access from my neighbour's house as well. Ah Ping handled everything professionally, explained clearly what needed to be done, and went above and beyond to resolve it. He did an excellent, thorough and very clean job. The blockage is completely fixed, my neighbour was happy with how respectfully and neatly he worked, and there was no mess left behind. It is not easy to find a plumber you can trust, but Ah Ping is one of them. Highly recommended.

I contacted them after the RCCB kept tripping whenever my instant water heaters were used. The company responded quickly and dispatched a technician the same day - Ricky arrived within five hours. After patiently hearing the issues faced, he performed a thorough inspection, traced the issues to the consumer main switch located at the riser. He helped to tightened loose connections, and installed a new RCCB, helping to resolve the issue on the spot. Their pricing was transparent and itemized before any work began, with no hidden fees. Ricky explained the work clearly, left the area clean, and followed up the next day to confirm everything stayed stable. Prompt, professional, and effective - highly recommended.
