Excellent post-renovation cleaning service by Epiclean! Engaged Epiclean for post-renovation cleaning on 12 September 2026, and I’m really impressed with the service provided by Cho, Hnin, Hlaing and Su. They did a fantastic job! They were punctual, polite, professional and very helpful, always working with a smile. They were thorough and attentive to the details, and my house was left spotlessly clean and truly move-in ready. I was comparing different deep cleaning companies and decided to go with Epiclean. Best decision ever!! The team led by Hnin were very super meticulous and detailed. Azree, Jusro, Hmone and Wan helped to do a deep cleaning service and also formaldehyde removal of my new home just only today. And i must say i am very impressed by the service and quality of work done by them. Did not dissappoint. Highly recommend Epiclean. Staff were also very nice to us.

We engaged Epiclean for post-reno cleaning and formaldehyde removal service. The prices are not the cheapest but I’m glad it was money well spent. Khine and her team (total 3 staff) came that morning. They took close to 6 hours to thoroughly clean the entire house. Instructions were given, like don’t use harsh chemicals for all sinks and WCs, and general detergent mopping is sufficient to not affect vinyl floor protective layers. Khine and her team followed the instructions closely and I’m glad that the cleaning job went really well. The team was near, tidy, efficient and as detailed as they can. Was especially pleased with the formaldehyde removal as I had my own industrial grade formaldehyde HCHO detector to further verify, and the levels went as low as 0.01 post-cleaning. Will engage Epiclean again, even for general cleaning.

Used them since 2020, returning customer. Super happy with their services and prompt response. Price is reasonable and good for the service and workmanship provided. Very good for all sorts of event cleaning like CNY cleaning, post reno, or even quarterly debunking and clearing of house mess. I have a helper myself, but their workers definitely catch and clean the areas my helper will never spot. Well done EPICLEAN. Thank you so much!!

Their false advertising around Shampoo is not great. Took the package deal which goes by each item. For Stain removal, they had a Shampoo Top Up. To the credit of Technician, he was good. But did feel the Shampoo usage was limited and only a marketing gimmick. They immediately point to their terms and policy claiming stain removal not guaranteed; ofcourse it won’t when shampoo used so sparingly..

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I signed up for a one-month part-time cleaning service (twice a week), and from day one, I clearly requested for a fixed cleaner. However, within just one month, they sent three different cleaners. The reason given was that their cleaners were on medical leave, which made it impossible to maintain any consistency. This already shows a lack of reliability and proper manpower planning. Out of the three, only the second cleaner had a somewhat acceptable attitude. The other two (Cho and Mar Mar) were extremely unprofessional. Each session was supposed to be 4 hours to clean the entire house, and we had clearly allocated time and tasks for each session. With this arrangement, a total of 8 hours per week is more than sufficient to properly maintain the entire home. However, they would constantly try to drag out simple tasks to fill time. Tasks that could easily be completed in 2 hours were stretched to 4 hours if you were not paying close attention. I only realized how inefficient they were after hiring a temporary cleaner from Urban Company to fix the poor work done by this company’s staff. The difference in professionalism was very obvious. Another major issue is their attention to detail. They tend to skip or ignore areas that are less obvious, especially corners or spots that are not immediately visible. If you don’t actively check and point it out, those areas will simply be left uncleaned. Only after being told will they go back to clean it properly. There were also multiple basic quality issues during cleaning: • Taps not properly turned off after use • Bedsheets not properly fitted, with corners left undone • General lack of thoroughness unless closely supervised Some examples of their behavior: • Asking the employer to clean the vacuum before they could use it (“you should clean it regularly, otherwise how can I use it?”) • Complaining about having to clean certain areas (e.g. an empty helper’s room and toilet) • Poor time management — rushing through tasks at the end just to leave early. In one case, the cleaner spent only 5 minutes cleaning a bathroom, then asked if she could leave early because “only 5 minutes left” We were honestly shocked. On top of that, the WhatsApp customer service was equally disappointing. Before signing the contract, they were extremely proactive, following up almost daily. After payment, when I raised issues about the cleaners, they would: • Ignore messages (read but no reply) • Respond only after 48 hours • Provide generic replies like “we will arrange a replacement” without trying to understand the issue Overall, the service quality, staff attitude, and after-sales support were far below expectations. I would not recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Do not recommend. When called, refuse to pick up too. Stained my kitchen counter at sink area with strong chemical for cleaning oven and stove. Clear bottle marks of cleaning chemical used. When asked, no apologies and denial. Staff returned to the house after cleaning to take photos. Yet photo was claimed as taken prior to cleaning . The photo could not prove anything as it could have been taken after what had happened as it makes no sense for someone to take kitchen counter photo for no good reason as it was further from stove and oven. Plus cleaning materials can be seen inside kitchen sink in photo. With the surcharge would have expected better service. But this company have taken advantage of peak holiday season.

Appoinment should be @ 4 pm but arrived at 7 pm when all family members are back. Giving all sort of excuses. Came with a van and only 2 person arrived. Expected time to make clean approx 5hrs. What..!! It will be 12am..!!!

I engaged EPIClean to clean my 5-room resale flat and was truly amazed by their efficiency and dedication to their work. The service was definitely worth the price paid. I engaged them for formaldehyde treatment, post-renovation cleaning, and deep floor cleaning. Needless to say, everything was done professionally. I've used EPIClean for both deep cleaning and weekly cleaning services. I've been very happy with both. For weekly cleaning, we specifically requested the same cleaner, Thander, come every week and she's been fantastic. She has a great attitude, takes direction and feedback with a smile on her face, and is very detailed.

Quoted $350 after I sent a clear video of the unit and paid a 50% deposit. When the cleaners came, there was no electricity (my fault) — I accepted the $100 reschedule fee, though it felt steep. Later, they asked if it was ok to add a $150 “bad condition” charge, even though the video was clear and they had already quoted. I agreed, but it didn’t feel fair since the condition hadn’t changed. When SP services delayed and I had to reschedule again, there was another $50 fee. In the end, I paid $650 for a near-empty 3-room flat instead of the agreed $350. I can accept reschedule fees, but adding a $150 charge after quoting based on the video really doesn’t feel transparent.

I'm extremely satisfied with Ms. Thandar cleaning services on 30/8/25! Despite my frozen shoulder limiting my mobility, the cleaner went above and beyond to ensure my kitchen was spotless. She meticulously cleaned the walls, cabinets, windows, floors, and toilet – areas that are usually a challenge to clean. The 3-hour service was impressive, and I'd definitely book her services again.

The team is very responsive and thorough in responding during the request for a quote. We engaged them for a post reno cleaning. Overall we find that cleaning of glass, interiors of carpentry, doors and toilet fixtures are quite thorough. However, we find that the floors, walls and window frame after cleaning was still noticeably dusty. The team further did some cleaning when we pointed out during the walk through inspection. We didn’t had any furnitures so cleaning was relatively quick
