Very fast response, from messages to in person service. Plumber arrived 30mins after being contacted, and resolved the clogged toilet in less than 5, but took the time to get to understand the situation and explain a possible cause - also patiently taught me how to use the plunger correctly when asked.

Trying to find a plumber and came across Everyday Plumbing. Derrick was really fast in his replies, costs were reasonable and he came down the same day within hours to fix our toilet. Replaced the faulty part quickly, was very courteous, explained everything politely to my dad too and offered to come back if there’s any issues the next few days. This review is rather delayed. I had started off engaging Derrick for various plumbing issues. He is incredibly responsive, and had been addressing all issues promptly and professionally. His pleasant demeanour is also a great plus besides his knowledge and expertise. More recently, I had to have my kitchen light replaced and that too, was addressed by Andrew, Derrick's brother. I must add, their charges are very reasonable, making the service a great value. Highly recommend these folks for any such needs!

Very professional and friendly service provided by them

Engaged him multiple times. Very knowledgeable. He’s a licensed plumber from PUB, not those unlicensed handy man that offers cheap services that won’t be liable for damages. He doesn’t try to get you to do things you don’t need, and has fair pricing for his services. The things he fixed no longer face any issues. Each time I engaged him, are for new problems in other locations. Highly recommend.

He is friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable about his products, always taking the time to explain clearly and provide the best solutions. Derrick is also very responsible and meticulous in his work, making sure everything is properly installed and functioning well before leaving. What impressed me most is his reliability — even with last-minute requests, he ensures he arrives promptly, often within 45 minutes. His professionalism, dedication, and helpful attitude truly set him apart. I strongly and highly recommend Derrick to anyone looking for quality workmanship and dependable service.

Toilet flush wasn’t working. Contacted 1 plumbing service company and they can only send a team down 3 days later. Found Everyday Plumbing and Derrick said he’s able to come down within an hour. Nice friendly young chap. Knowledgeable, knows what he’s doing. And willing to provide advices when you talk to him. He changed 2 parts in the flushing system and now my toilet bowl is working as good as new. Fast and reliable. Highly recommended.

Got his contact from my ex colleague and his quotation was acceptable when I compared his quote with another plumber contact provided by nearby town council. Engaged his today to fix 2 x faulty toilet flush system. Despite his young appearance, his skill is top notch. Fixed the faulty parts ina jiffy on a last mini Sat call. He can be reached via WhatsApp :). Fyi: I did not take any photo during the maintenance.. I only uploaded my sick toilet flush.

The first time I engaged Derrick for kitchen floor trap blockage, I was impressed by his swift response. Derrick assessed the situation and efficiently resolved the blockage using a mechanical device. Due to his friendly & professionalism, I re-engaged him to change all my kitchen & toilets taps n water hoses. He’s not only efficient, but also thoughtful (did the required work quietly as there’s a baby at home) as well as clean . There was zero mess to clear up after. Would highly recommend him if you face any plumbing issues!
