I've been using First Choice for many years now. They are always quick to response and they are honest. Their crew always know what they're doing. Look for Samuel (Sales) and Shah (Service crew). Both offer incredible service. And pricing is very reasonable.

I highly recommend their service as they are professional and very thorough in their work. I had flies issues a few month back and the specialist Mr Faiz did a quick inspection & recommended I speak with mall to seal their manhole near my shop. That immediately solve my problem, and can only be provided by an experience specialist. We have been with them for coming to 3 years.

I found First Choice through a Google search for mites treatment. I completed 2 sessions 3 weeks ago, and the problem appears to be completely resolved ( cross fingers! ). Different people came on both days, but they were all very punctual, courteous and thorough. Special thanks to Samuel and Farhan ( hope I spelled it correctly ) who arranged the appointments and addressed my concerns. Will be sure to recommend to friends and engage your services again in the future if needed. :)

Started seeing mud forming beside my feature wall. Immediately contacted First Choice to arrange for an appointment. Sam came for the inspection and found out that it was termite infestation. We decided to proceed with the termite bait treatment. After weeks of continuously replenishing the baits, they informed us that the infestation has been cleared. It’s been 3 months and we don’t see any signs of the termites. Let’s hope it stays this way. Recommended to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control company. Thanks a lot Sam and team for the effort.

Started seeing baby dead and alive roach around my rubbish chute area even when my rubbish chute is sealed. Worried that there's an infestation somewhere, I contacted them and they got back to me straightaway and arranged for an inspection 3 hrs later. Amazing speed. Joe came and really helped me inspect all areas and asked me questions to understand more to find the source. He was very helpful and gave advices. The source could not be found in the end but he lay baits specifically on all the possible areas for me to monitor and improve the situation. Price is reasonable and upfront with no hidden cost. Inspection and implementation done at the same time.

First Choice Pest Specialist was recommended by a friend to remove a dead rat in my ceiling due to the strong stench. They managed to find a way to remove the dead rat and even identify the possible entry points. They indeed have a very impressive and responsive team..

Encountered an urgent and escalating bedbug infestation at home. Their response is unexpectedly quick, but how they stand out is that they don’t hard sell on any packages and only recommend what is required to solve the problem. Their treatment is also effective. Thanks Samuel and team for a job well done.

Samuel and his team were adorable. I contacted them in the middle of the night and got an answer the very next morning, it felt reassuring to know the issue was going to be tackled quickly. During the first intervention, they made sure to properly inspect all the bedrooms and to take a look at our bites. They then proceeded with the misting the entire apartment very conscientiously. A second intervention is also already scheduled to treat any remaining fleas. I am highly satisfied of their service and professionalism.

Since August 2024, one of our bathroom has this filter flies. Have been spending so much on baking soda and declogger. Earlier on Pest Control is not my first option as I think that it is very expensive. Till last Friday, December 6 I have decided to call First Choice Pest Specialist. The company has sent Joe to come to my place for the inspection on the same day. Before he came, he told me the cost of inspection and the treatment. After the inspection, Joe gave me an honest answer that the result will be 50/50 though at that time I was so desparate to do it. Again Joe said to me that he will feel bad and waste my money if it still doesn't work. Instead he told me to pour hot water for 7 days and observe whether it works or not. To my surprise, the next day there is none of these flies. I'm so glad to get Joe. He is very honest and professional plus help me to save $☺️ I highly recommend First Choice Pest Specialist and please don't forget to request for Joe! 😉 Thank you so much Joe.☺️

Engaged First Choice pest control services when we first realised a bedbug infestation in 1 of the bedroom 2 weeks back. There were eggs, adults, baby bedbugs on 1 of the beds and despite efforts to throw all out those beddings that showed signs of any alive bedbugs, we still see a few. Called and Samuel attended to me, he was very detailed and gave me good advice. Followed up with the service by his technicians and they were good. After just 1 session, we did not find anymore bed bugs however to be safe we engaged another session tom to ensure we have truly eliminated all. Adults, babies and eggs that have just hatched. Truly recommend their service as there is no hard selling and they do their job well.

This place is GODSENT. Haven’t had a single roach issue since the first one 3 years ago when we moved in after consulting First Choice. We live on a very low floor by the way. Glad to have met Sam as well, very friendly & professional and really knows his stuff! No regrets (unless ur a roach sympathiser)

My parent's house has been troubled with signs of termite as we witness peeling paint resembling water damage and wood that sounds hollow when tapped. I was looking through Google reviews on individual pest controls in Singapore and chose First Choice Pest Specialist and decided to give them a call. The salesperson went through the process and prevention measures and explained the cost, and we decided to engage them. Given the job has been completed, the pricing is reasonable and worthy of the quality of work, and the employees were very professional and humble.

Termite treatment was needed for my house on a weekday, had a chat with their salesperson to fully understand the costing and procedures and they highlighted the earliest date they are able to come over was the next day which is very efficient. The technician came on the next day and explained the situation and the prevention from occurring again. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service-orientated attitude and would highly recommend them.
