   Moving our family and two kids from Singapore to Toronto, Canada was a massive undertaking, but choosing Geometra Worldwide Movers was the best decision we made. Their team delivered top-grade service from our very first inquiry all the way to final delivery overseas. ​Sales Manager Noel D. Llave was extremely prompt, organized a thorough onsite survey, and provided a very clear, competitive proposal. On moving day, Supervisor Norman and his packing crew were fantastic—Norman was friendly, highly professional, and addressed all of our concerns on the spot. ​Throughout the shipment's journey across the world, our Move Coordinator kept us reassured with regular weekly updates and coordinated smoothly with their local Toronto counterpart upon arrival. Every single item arrived in Toronto on schedule with zero visible damage. Having moved internationally 3 times, I can confidently say Geometra is a top-caliber moving company!

   I have been living overseas and moving around quite a lot for many years. Geometra is the worst experience I had : 45 mn late at least to each appointment, (very) extensive lunch break on moving day, rude staff, left at 4:30 pm after starting 10am because "end of day", won't comply with contract. I bought an "all inclusive" unpacking and furniture assembly service, they refused to do it and just left after piling the boxes all over my apartment while obviously laughing at me. The company manager refused to compensate and even asked me to pay extra to have his team come back the next day and finish the job : 100% scam

   Used them on our move to Mumbai since PN Writer at that time did not have a packing office. Worst experience with substandard packing, uncooperative staff looking for shortcuts which resulted in a lot of breakages in our furniture . Wouldn't recommend them at all.

   I am giving Geometra one star, cause the system doesn't allow me to give 0. In short, our shipment was supposed to take 4 weeks and it finally arrived after 7 months, many items were broken, some were missing, but still the worst about Geometra was their approach to it. They were attentive only to the moment when they got paid, and afterwards it was extremely difficult to get them to answer a phonecall ("the manager will call you back" and he never did) or an email. Our contract stated that we might have to pay up to 500 SGD of storage fees, but we were forced to pay 850 USD to get out things, although we did not ask for storing them and were desperately waiting! So the shipment ended costing us almost double and lasted 7 months... If I knew I would have preferred to donate most of it, rather than seeing a piano being transported on a truck with no protection and with boxes on top of it!!!

   The worst experience ever. We moved from Singapore to Germany, the packing is beyond everything I ever encountered. The really don't have a clue how to pack things. Many are broken. All the nails, screws where hidden somewhere in boxes, so that we couldn't build up the shelves . Books were packed upside down, tons of paper , where it weren't necessary, therefore glass articles without any paper inbetween. Still are at least 3 boxes missing, with all my valuable cutlery, they don't care. The service is also beyond everything. I could go on and on, I'm more then disappointed and I warn you, there are a lot of other companies who are doing their job much much better. I deeply regret it to move with this company.

   I would give this company 0 if I could!!!!!! I’m fuming!!!! They in conjunction with Leader Relocations in Dubai handled our move from Dubai to Singapore! We only had boxes. We paid extra to secure our valuable items. They were supposed to lock these in a crate and unlock at our new destination. This didn’t happen! They unpacked the boxes in Singapore. There was 2 people unpacking and a third came up to help. I couldn’t be in 3 places all the time. My clothes and handbags were left on the bed! They pressured me to sign the paperwork and left! When I finished unpacking I saw that 3 handbags and 2 wallets were missing! One of which was a vintage irreplaceable bag! We sent photos of all items to the company before the move so they new what was in the boxes! They stole 3 bags and 2 wallets and have refused to take responsibility! We had insurance that we paid a lot of money for! They refused to pay out because I signed that I received all the boxes in good condition! This company CAN NOT be trusted!!!!! If you move with them CHECK all the “empty” boxes with paper leaving your house and DON’T sign ANYTHING until you have unpacked all your things!!!!!

   I have nothing but praise for the way Geometra Team handled my recent shipping requirements. All items were packed well and it's all on route back to the UK. Excellent service from the movers team and super fast support from the office staff. Would definitely use it again!

    This is a horrible moving company and I would discourage anyone from using them. They damaged a number of my items during my move from Singapore to Toronto. The items were not packed properly. I made numerous attempts to explain the situation but they refused to take responsibility.

    AVOID AT ALL COST! Our shipment came months late, many things were broken, months after the contract was signed and paid for, Geometra made us pay extra fees in order to get out stuff back. Repeatedly they've shown a disregard to our contract and for months before out belongings arrived, they were avoiding all contact.

    I saw "bad" reviews about this company on Google but I have a network of friends who gave me their own good feedback therefore I went with the move with them and It did not fail me a bit. From the sales representative until the crew during the move were very impressive. I highly recommend this company for your relocation needs.

    We arrived in Singapore in January 2019, and Geometra handled everything this side. All our boxes and furniture arrived, and were assembled as agreed on the planned date. We were very satisfied with the service.

    I have had a bad experience with Geometra Movers. My packed boxes have been unpacked and all my new pairs of shoes have been stolen! After contacting Geometra team, their respond was, “u didn’t purchase an insurance” so what do you want... Very bad attitude and no willingness to help and compensate at all! NEVER AGAIN! Also loooong delay in delivering. Initialy it was suppose to be 1month (Singapore to Cyprus), but it ended up to be 2months!!! NEVER AGAIN!

    We moved from singapore to Mumbai , packing in June with Geometra only because it wasa choice of our regular mover PN Writers.Rude staff, terrible people skills ;inept packing skills causing immense damage to our furniture and crockery;prime focus on discarding as much of stuff possible using own discretion without permission in order to cut down on their costs. In comparison with all our other moves, this one was a harrowing experience. Our furniture arrived in shambles, crockery in smithereens and a lot of stuff of small monetary value but immense and sentimental value did not even reach us -the staff had been so focussed on getting us to discard stuff , even in Singapore, inorder to reduce the cargo. Turns out that they themselves have thrown away things that had been with us for considerable amount of time. The impolite manners of the packing crew too left a lot to be desired. I wouldnt recommend Geometra to anyone. Best avoided.

    AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Huge delay beyond the date promised. Then they deliver on a Saturday and say they only work a few hours so can't unpack anything (even though that was included in the fees). When I ask for a partial refund they said I agreed to a Saturday move-in date so it's not their fault.

    I have tried many movers before but never as good as Geometra worldwide movers. They are professional and efficient. They complete their task with a great speed and i was very surprise. I strongly recommend you to give them a shot and you will understand what i mean. Cheers!
