We used Moversinn for our relocation from Singapore to the UK. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. They supplied their own boxes and packing materials, so we didn't have to source anything ourselves. Their team packed everything carefully and worked quickly. the whole packing process was done well within the time they quoted. Nothing arrived broken or damaged; every item, including fragile ones (we had so many dishes and glasses), made it through in the same condition it left in. Things like record player, wine glass, etc. ALL survived. Communication was also smooth. They responded quickly to questions before, during, and after the move, and kept us updated at each stage. On the other end, they also helped with unboxing and setting things up, which made settling into the new place much easier. Overall, a well-organized, professional move with no issues at any point. No hidden cost. Would recommend them and would use them again for future moves. PS. Their pricing also beat all the other quotes we received.

If you are looking for a reliable and professional moving company don’t consider Movers Inn. Movers Inn has a well spoken sales person who said all of the right things to convince me to use a company I’d not heard of before our move from Singapore to Jakarta in May of this year (2026). I’ve done over a dozen international moves and in the past I’ve used well known companies like Allied amongst others. Hearing that the company had its original office in Cambridge UK, 45 minutes from our home in that country and learning that they started by moving scientific equipment I made assumptions that turned out to be completely erroneous. Our shipment was a small one of 36 boxes ( soft furnishings, books, sports equipment and kitchenware mainly) so it was shipped groupage. I was told that they ship to Jakarta on a regular basis but our shipment took 50 days from the time it was packed until delivery. There were a dozen damaged boxes, a third of our shipment and even though the delivery date was June 29th and I have asked numerous times for an explanation as to how this damage occurred and where it occurred these questions fall on deaf ears. 100% of the contents of some of the damaged boxes had to be thrown away. These cushions, towels, clothing, tote bags, baskets etc were wet and covered in black mould. Other damaged boxes were dry but they still contained broken items, largely because the packing was not done correctly. For example, a plastic laundry basket was placed on top of a number of wrapped items in a box but the plastic laundry basket wasn’t wrapped. And it was in one of the dry but crushed boxes and it was crushed too. If it had been wrapped properly it might not have been damaged. There was also a promise that every box would contain dessicant sachets. Sadly when the boxes were unpacked there were no sachets in them. There is so much more I could say but please look at the photos I’ve included here. They speak volumes.

We used this company to relocate from Singapore to Sydney. Things on the Singapore side were great - the team who packed our home did a good job, they were very friendly and took care of our stuff. We really liked this team. Everything arrived in great condition, we only had a tv remote missing which was not a big deal. However, the company Movers Inn partnered with in Australia was awful - OSS Worldwide Movers. Before we signed the contract we were aware (based on information from Movers Inn) that delivery above the first floor would incur additional charges. We were aware and anticipating this. Then OSS claimed based on our address our street was very narrow and we’d have to pay an additional $800+ for shuttle to move our boxes to our address. They claimed the regular moving truck wouldn’t fit on our street. We trusted them, accepted this fee and paid it promptly. However, on the day of delivery we noticed a normal sized moving truck being used. Luckily I took photos of the truck. A few weeks later I emailed OSS to ask what happened to the shuttle and why a normal truck was used. They then claimed the truck could actually fit on our street and so they didn’t need to use the shuttle. Additionally, they offered to refund us about $260 but said we had to pay about $540 because their team carried our items 50-60m instead of the regular 25m. We tried to get the full $800 refunded but weren’t successful and Movers Inn was not of much help. They ended up siding with their partner. If I had not questioned the $800 shuttle fee, we would have never received even the $260 refund. OSS was pretty sneaky and tried to keep the full amount until they were called out. Additionally, their assessment that we needed a shuttle was clearly inaccurate and just a way for them to add of extra charges. When questioned, they then suddenly claimed long carry charges which was never brought up at all. If this was a genuine charge, why as it not applied right after the delivery. It’s highly suspicious that it was only tagged on when they were fronted with the bogus shuttle charge and proof that they hadn’t used one. Movers Inn did very little to help sort this out. One of their agents was looking into but when he went on leave someone else took over and the first response that person gave us without understanding the context was that the partner was right to charge us extra. Our contract was with Movers Inn, they picked their partner and allowed this unscrupulous behavior to occur. While I understand it is difficult to anticipate all possible charges, basic things like a long carry charge should have been mentioned in the quote. At no time were we made aware of any possible additional charges (except the charge for delivery above the first floor) until our items arrived in Australia. Also, OSS was trying to charge us some extra bond charges if our container couldn’t be inspected by the quarantine officers within 14 days of arrival - yet another charge not disclosed before signing the contract with Movers Inn. We also had to pay an extra $300 to Movers Inn because of the rising fuel cost crisis. All in all, we made $1,200 in addition to the original quote amount. If you do use these guys in the future, ask them for possible charges by their partners. Also, if you have a TV do not pay $200 for their wooden crate - go on Carousell and find someone selling their empty TV box with styrofoam. Will only cost you around $6-8.

Great way for me to waste a month running around for no change in price. Once you've paid "surcharge" insurance, wooden crates the cost.. .add tax and you get to over (quoted $5,950 pre) $8,000 for 600CFT. So much running around, 2 or 3 quotes all the same price ... Utter time waste.

We hired Moversinn to help us with our move to the US from Singapore. They were a really great experience, starting from when we met the manager, Mr Sam. He came over for a site visit and was very patient in understanding our needs and scoping the move. On the actual move day, Izzy was was the team leader with a crew of 3 men and they were very organized and efficient. Izzy managed the team really well. I especially liked how careful they were with wrapping furniture and organizing our boxes. We hit a snag as part of the team was called away but Izzy stayed late (10pm) with another team member, to organize for the following day. After everything was moved out, Tyron came by to settle paperwork and he was very helpful with understanding details and took the time to explain the process. They set up a WA group for our move and they were very responsive, even if there were issues, they were handled very quickly. They are also very flexible and accommodating with our needs. Would absolutely recommend this team !

My experience with Movers Inn was extremely disappointing and, even a year later, I am still furious about how I was treated. The CEO, Sanchit Bhatnagar, personally inspected my known‑size storage unit and provided a quote. After collecting my goods, the company suddenly claimed the volume was double and demanded double the price. When I questioned how this was possible, I was told that if I didn’t accept the new pricing, they could offload my possessions onto the street. With my belongings already in their custody, I had no leverage — it felt like pure pressure tactics. Despite paying for professional packing, their own photos showed several boxes were not repacked, contradicting their claims and creating insurance risks. When I raised this, the Managing Director hung up on me. When the shipment arrived in Sydney, several items were damaged, and the unpacking team couldn’t finish the job — one worker even had a broken rib. My wife and I ended up unpacking everything ourselves. Movers Inn also failed to collect the empty boxes despite multiple confirmations, wasting more of our time. This all happened over a year ago. I hesitated to post a review because I was furious. The fact that I am still furious today says everything. In short: • Misleading quoting • Threatening behaviour • Rude and unprofessional communication • Incomplete services • Damaged goods • Poor follow‑through

Movers Inn did an excellent job with a complex move that involved shipping high value items to the US, putting some items into local storage in Singapore and disposal of the remaining items in my late mum's home. Their service was excellent and their rates competitive. I had a wonderful experience working with Movers Inn and would give them the strongest of recommendations. I have worked with moving companies many times over the years in multiple countries and Movers Inn is the best moving company I have ever worked with.

Many thanks to Azri, Aziz and Fad for doing a fantastic job in moving our stuff. You can tell these guys are very experienced from the way they go about their work. They are also very accommodating. I needed to remove an item from a bag which they had packed and they went out of their way to locate it for me. Through their advice I was able to maximise the space in my container and was able to bring all the items I needed and more. They were very careful in the way they packed so I am confident that my items will arrive secured. Cannot ask for a better moving team. Highly recommended!
