Please be advised, because this is what happened to me when i decided to go with their service. On 02/09/26, i paid a deposit of S$100 to the staff and he informed that he will deliver the boxes to me on 08/09/26. However, i waited the whole day and there were no deliveries made. What is worse is that he did not even send a message to update. I waited till 09/09/26 at about 4pm and i decided to tell the staff that due to their inprofessionalism, i wish to cancel and for him to return the money i transferred. However, he told me no refunds. P.S: personal opinion please make a good decision when choosing movers.

The staff were very friendly, and the moving was thorough and efficient, making the whole process smooth. For this price, the service is quite satisfactory. Misbehaved and abused when I gave the feedback and challenged on the prices. He even threatend that he knows the address, he has phone number and he will do the damage. 1. There was no expertise in packing the stuff, randomly packed the items only to inform later that cannot pack all the items. 2. The charges quoted were for dismantling and assembling. We didn’t get the item assembled but still charged full amount. 3. The push charges were quoted higher and when argued, started the tone that u do not have money Other members of the group were good and supportive. Please use them only if u r an experienced mover otherwise it will not male lot pf sense.

Vik was the guy i coordinate with however his 3 guys that came for moval was the guys that was impressive, 1.5 load of items full of load, they did it in under 3hrs. Although our place have limitations, but they were patient and friendly. Thumbs up! Will be calling them again when I move. Definitely recommended!!

If you’re planning a big house move, I highly recommend them. Just be sure to discuss any stairs access or long push upfront as additional fees may apply. Most importantly, be kind and give them a little break when you can - they’ve definitely earned it!

Commitment before close deal, everything ok, sent all photos and even provide address and highlight one step at entrance , and lastly asked if need site visit before actual day, said no need. I was quoted 288 + 100 additional for piano. I expect might have some add on charge but I never expect it will become double. I paid 776. What worse was the add on job I asked for moving for carousel seller, at the very last minute with 288 + 150 leave me no choice but to still pay, I spent 1214 end of the day. Big gap with initial offer, lesson learnt. Pls request them for site visit before u pay any deposit to make sure no surprise like my case.

Key highlights of their service include: -Rapid Completion: The lead was able to facilitate the activities and ensure everything is on schedule, showcasing impressive efficiency. Even the movers act very fast and remained careful. -Proactive communication: Movers were with us throughout, moving in the fridge was the hardest, yet they found a solution by temporarily dismantling the gate door and opening the fridge door to ensure it fits through. No damages done. -Flexibility and Adaptability: The movers readily accommodated last-minute requests such as installing our bed frame to ensure our vision was fully realised. -Cost-Effectiveness: The lead provided substantial cost savings through no-cost additions, helping us stay within budget. There were steps on first pick up location but no cost added. Also installation of bed frame had no additional cost incurred. -Peace of mind: The entire move was a thrilling experience, and they were very kind and cheerful throughout. Highly Recommended – Vic @ Swift Relocation What originally started as a simple one-load move (in my mind) turned into 2.5 loads (reality), but Vic handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude from start to finish. Vic and his team (3 pax, 1 lorry) completed the move in about 6 hours—the same amount of time it previously took another mover we engaged (2 lorries, 7 pax) to move more or less the same items. The efficiency was honestly impressive. Mind you they made the trip back and forth (30min minimum each way) 3 times. They were extremely careful with our fragile furniture, glass cabinet and extra-large TV, taking the time to explain exactly how they would handle them and clearly walking us through the risks involved. That transparency really gave us peace of mind. Best of all, there were zero hidden costs. Everything was upfront, clear, and transparent, which is rare and very much appreciated. Big thumbs up to Vic and his crew. We will definitely be engaging him again and highly recommend Swift Relocation to friends and family.

Vick and YZ were extremely professional and efficient. Very transparent from the start on their charges so we had ZERO hidden costs after job is completed 😭 just note to everyone moving: if you have a king bed or want to get a king bed, 14” will not fit HDB lifts. Lol Thanks Vick for your services!

Had a horrible experience dealing with Vik.I 100% do not recommend it because they were not punctual as they promised to arrive by 8 am but instead did not arrive so I called them at around 8.15 and they blamed the weather for slowing them down and then promised to arrive by 9 and instead still arrived no where near the time that they promised. Had requested to come with an empty truck( Whatsapp reply :ok np mam) end up with some empty boxes inside the truck.When i tried to reason with him nicely ,he immediately shouted and threatened to leave without doing anything. His attitudes were so horrible towards me.As soon as they didn't get what they want, they just threatened to leave multiple times.

If you guys are looking for an affordable, reliable and efficient mover in SG, don’t think much, just close your eyes and go for them. My family had a wonderful experience with them, all are kindhearted, extremely patient & very careful with fragile items. Communication with Vik was also very clear & pricing is very transparent. Overall a very smooth moving experience we are all thankful for! Kudos to the team :D

Had a great experience with this moving company for my new nest @ cck ave4 block 431, indeed they had done a good job as there were only 2 person doing a 3 trips moving for my new home in just 2 hours sharp. Really amazing to VIK & YZ for doing such a good job for my new home, truly appreciated for the efforts you both had assisted me, && also their services was really good and friendly !!! We had an excellent experience with Vik & team. We had to move our items to two different locations and in multiple loads. The team was really fast at reassembly of furniture items as well as handling everything with great care and sincerity. I was quite worried about fragile items but they wrapped the boxes tightly together which kept everything more than secure! A big thank you for our first moving experience going so smoothly.
