Do not engage this company! I had them install my outdoor decking, and within just three years, the entire deck started popping up. The materials they used were clearly of poor quality and completely unacceptable. When I complained, instead of taking responsibility and replacing the defective materials, they actually suggested that I tear everything out and pay to install a brand new deck. The audacity is unbelievable. A company that refuses to stand behind its own workmanship and products is not one I can recommend. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headaches. There are far more reliable contractors out there.

Appreciate Alen & his installers for the professional & fast installation of my condo fire rated main door & kitchen sliding door within a week from measurement to work commencement. The installers are very experienced with excellent workmanship and in depth technical knowhow and reliable that you don't have to worry about damaging the management common area wall tiles during old door frame removal. Alen provide excellent advice by his proposal of matching door colours through video & pdf color door photo guide that make purchase decision a peace of mind. The doors are of high quality, genuine and come with high quality fittings (locks, hinges, door closer, wheels). Superb work and highly recommended and definitely will patronise again. Thank you

Jacky made the whole experience easy. He took the time to walk us through every option during the consult, and we knew almost immediately we wanted the advanced model for the superior sound insulation. Post-sale service was just as good — when we needed a re-caulk and drop seal fix, Jacky booked us the next available slot and came by the following week. The door isn't cheap and won't be for everyone, but you genuinely get what you pay for. The giveaway that the drop seal had failed? We could hear the difference in sound insulation from inside the room. That tells you everything about how well this door performs day to day. Highly recommend Jacky and Goodhill.

We had to replace our worn out wooden deck because of decay, loose boards and protruding nails. Glad that we got in touch with Darren from Goodhill, who was very responsive and professional with his advise, realistic suggestions and accurate quotes ( which came with a discount because of the Chinese New Year ). Work started a week after my confirmation , which was great for my planning . It was estimated that the project would take 4 days, but they actually completed it in 3 . I stayed around to observe their 2 man team, and it was obvious that they were very experienced with their craft . Very skilful and precise with our many irregular wall surfaces, and levelling of the boards to flush with the door thresholds . We were very pleased with the finished work. We should add that as we were new to WPCs, Darren was happy to share his knowledge and helped us with our final choice of Burnt Walnut Duradeck composite boards . The totally aluminium frame that was used to replace our previous wooden ones ( already decaying in some areas) would also provide better stability and durability from the weather and ‘ heavy foot traffic ‘ from our many grandchildren . In summary, we were very fortunate that we chose Goodhill for our deck replacement project . It was a very efficient and pleasant experience with Darren, and his tidy, skilful and team professional team .

Installed 3 sets of 36mm soundproof doors in Jul 2025, been using them for 5 months plus now. Soundproofing effect is pretty good, unfortunately all 3 doors are having issues which I’ve previously raised to the installer but was brushed off as it is how it is kind of response. First door needs some exertion of force when pressing down the door handle and when the latch opens, it gives a loud clacking noise which is disturbing and frightens whoever in the room especially during sleeping time. Installer did return to try fixing it but couldn’t resolve and ended up chipping off abit of the door frame which he did patch up for us. Second and third doors have the same issues. When the door opens, there’s a suction / pressure release noise, which again is not serving the reason for wanting soundproofing door as the person in the room gets disturbed whenever the door is opened. And now during sleeping time, my parents can’t close the door shut and have to leave it ajar so not to frighten the other party in the room when opening and closing door. So no more soundproofing.. We’ve had soundproofing doors before which definitely didn’t have such issues. I’m not sure if that’s common for Goodhill’s soundproofing doors, but it’s really not a good experience having to face such issues on daily basis.

Darren even went down to take site measurements on a rainy Saturday afternoon. He also patiently explained to us the difference of each materials and gave us good advice. The installation team is also very professional. The quality of their work and material is outstanding. We are very happy with the entire process.

The 3 workers who came to install the wood deck are very hardworking and professional. Despite facing challenges from the Mgmt , they managed to finish up the entire 200sf within a day. During the engagement phase, Darren was also very patient in helping us understand what is best for our big and odd shaped balcony. Thanks to Darren and team, we are very happy with the result.

Had a great experience working with this salesperson Kai Yi. The team are very friendly, approachable, and responsive throughout the entire process. I requested to do some touch up due to the crack line near the door frame after installation their ability to react quickly even after the sale was completed. I decided to engage Goodhill to deck my balcony after I enquired, and promptly received a response from Darren. Throughout the process, Darren was not only responsive, but also patient in explaining the differences between 2 materials I was picking from. The service made a difference compared to other companies I was enquiring with and he also managed to schedule works to be completed shortly after the confirmation. On the day of decking, the guy accidentally broke my switch box. I wasn’t around to oversee this but later found out that he went out to purchase a new one and reinstall it. I appreciate the honesty and initiative that Darren and his team had to make sure I returned home with no mess to clean up. I am pleased with the decking done and will recommend Goodhill to my neighbours who might be also looking to deck their balconies in future.

[ I will amend accordingly to 5🌟 upon rectification ] The 2 men reached late and reason was they had some "emergency delivery"? Since when was door installation deemed as an emergency? Also, the soundproof door is so light and hollow! It isn't soundproof at all!!!!!!!!!! Nonsense! $1155 wasted!!!!!!!!! I demand a refund or re-do. Please please please give me an actual soundproof door????? ——— Robert and his guy (different from the 2 men who did the installation) have rectified it. However it seems that upon testing using the sound meter, the decibels only decreaed from 70plus to 40plus which is less than 50%. Understand that it will not be 100% soundproof, but is asking for 60-70% too much to ask for?
