After three decades and numerous installations, I considered Guan Lee Hoe just another vendor for our new cassette air-con. Their team, however, proved profoundly impressive. They offered meticulous, full protection for our showroom and sensitive electronic equipment—a crucial step often overlooked. The final, detailed cleanup was equally outstanding. Their dedication to professionalism means Guan Lee Hoe is now our definitive, must-use contractor for all future air-con matters

I returned from my winter holiday only to discover that my air conditioner wasn’t working at all, and no one was available on Sunday to fix it. Desperate to beat the sudden heat, I reached out to Vince, who immediately stepped in to help. His team was extremely professional and quickly determined that my air conditioner’s compressor was completely dead. Wanting a second opinion, I had another expert assess the situation—and the diagnosis was confirmed. After comparing services, I found that Vince’s team not only delivered a more professional and economical solution but also provided an option that didn’t require buying a brand-new system. I highly recommend them!
