   Have used Guan Teck over the past 8 years. Always dependable and reliable for the quality of work. They have helped me fix numerous water seepage issues in my 40 year old apartment, renovate a toilet, fix spalling concrete etc. Guan Tecks workmen are always very neat, clean and careful when they carry out their works - laying plastic sheeting, cleaning and washing up the impacted areas etc. it’s such peace of mind to know your contractor knows what he is doing, will execute the repairs effectively, no guess work involved and at a fair price.    I recently had water seepage from the ceiling and engaged them to fix it. They are highly professional, excellent workmanship. The true measure of exceptional service is demonstrated in their after sales service. Water leakage is never easy to trouble shoot and their commitment to ensuring it is fully resolved is commendable. When the a leak sprung up again after 3 months, they came to my place first thing in the morning, did trouble shooting and immediately fixed in. This was no trivial work, took them an entire day. Really peace of mind when you engage people like them, worry free and hassle free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

   Engage GTC2000 to troubleshoot on my unit source of water issue which my contractor unable to find the source for months. Wei Jie was very experience able to narrow down the cause within few hours after analysing the possibly that could cause to my water seepage under my vinyl flooring. Prompt respond in rectify the issues and provide solution to address.
