We had a very pleasant experience with Guo Bin Door. The entire transaction was smooth from the beginning right through to completion. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they were rectified promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. A special compliment to Ms Lim, who was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the whole process. She made sure our concerns and requests were attended to accordingly. After comparing several options, we decided to go with Guo Bin Door mainly because of their competitive pricing, and we definitely feel that it was a steal considering both the price and the good service provided. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and experience. Great value for money, coupled with reliable and attentive service. Highly recommended!

When u do renovations for your new home. Doors, gate and window will be your last items to look into and by then budget will be bursting... so I came across Guo Bin Door FB posted their June 2026 promo on their hollow victorian door for a very attractive price for 3 doors. Do some enquires with them thru watapps cos the price like too good to be true. Get full information needed and book site measurements. Everything when smoothly. Although a bit delay on painting the door but it still within our reno period. Glad I came across their fb advertisement. Even though it was their door mention as hollow door. Surprisingly it feel solid and good sound proof too. Tested when my kids playing their ps5 game shouting and screaming. Sound from outside still muffled. And best part its hand paint so later when I get bored with the current col, I can change right!!!.

Very poor appointment management. We had a scheduled appointment and requested an afternoon slot but was asked to come at 10:30am instead. Travelled all the way to this ulu location, arrived on time, and no one was there. Was told the supervisor forgot or miscommunicated and asked me to wait another 50 minutes, even though he had to leave by 12pm for personal matters. Then casually said we could “see the doors very fast,” which is ridiculous after making a customer wait for their mistake. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. To add on, they didn’t apologise at all for their lapse through our messages and phone calls which we initiated.

   Response from the business

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by your appointment. We fully understand how upsetting it was to travel to our location and experience the delay. The disruption was due to a sudden medical situation, but we take full responsibility for the miscommunication and the impact on your time. We are reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening again, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Mr Lim is one of the most patient and nicest person I dealt with. The doors he installed are of very good quality. Mr Lim is also very responsible and came down a few times just to make sure the measurements are correct. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone if anyone ask. Good service, good quality and good price!

Really would like to give a shutout to Mr Seng. Went to the warehouse and he gave us his precious time to show us the door samples.Im a no nonsense person so he just fits the bill when he answered all my queries without any BS. I really admire all these older generation with hands on knowledge. Door appt was slightly delayed due to the upcoming festivities. Installer was someone who could be my great grandfather but man he can carry a solid door!and his work is seamless. Truly admire him at his age. Hiccup yes there was. Door lock was incorrect colour but they came the next day to fix it. To add, Mr Seng was not pushy unlike the next company I went to which totally turned me off when he expected me to buy there and then. Maybe he doesn't recce anything for his house. Really strange person. I'm very happy with my new doors. Can't be bothered to go round and round to find a good company so I'm blessed to find it on my first recce day.

Not recommended. They took the incorrect door measurements and told us to install the stoppers ourselves, claiming, “All customers should install themselves. Only our company is good enough to do it for you!” Poor post sale services

    Response from the business

Hi there, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and the misunderstanding. Please allow us to clarify. For the door measurements, it is normal to make on-site adjustments to ensure the door fits perfectly with the PVC frames. This is a common part of the installation process. Regarding the door stopper, as your walls are partition walls, we do not recommend using a wall-mounted stopper as it may not hold as well over time compared to regular walls. To address this, we prepared floor stopper. However, as your flooring was not yet ready and not clean at the time due to the ongoing renovation, we suggested that you can install yourselves once the floor is in appropriate condition. The floor stopper is 3M which will be quick to install and also avoids the need for drilling into your floor. We apologize again for the miscommunication and appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or clarification.

Ordered 2 door frames from them, and after that another 4 doors from them. They were very prompt and professional. They came to measure once, and came back to take measurements a second time to confirm before installation as I had some changes to my flooring. Very pleased with their service!
