Great experience with HM Gallery for our Unizip and Smart touch venetian blinds. From the sales person, Gary, to the measurement (Sam), to the installation coordination (Wen Sing) to the installation team (Ah Keong, Wint and one more Burmese guy), the experience has been pleasant. Very detailed explanation from Gary, and very meticulous installation by the team.

I had installed Unizip and curtains at my place after consultation with Gary from HM Gallery at IMM. I seldom leave comments but feel strongly Gary’s professionalism and understanding of my needs deserve mention. I have also recommended his services to my friends since and they have all had rave reviews of HM’s products and Gary’s attentiveness and close follow up to ensure excellent service quality and satisfaction. Highly recommend Gary for peace of mind and exemplary job!

We already had a quote from a popular curtain shop but saw something interesting in this shop and went in. Gary attended to us, he was patient and explained why the quote was higher than what we had. In the end, we place our order with him due to his excellent service, helpfulness and also the quality of the items he recommended. His measurement team member Sam was also very service oriented, even offered to come a second time to wait for my carpentry work to be done and do another measurement. Communications with him and Gary was very clear and they alerted me of something that I didn’t thought of. Gave me a fair price for the solution too. Now waiting to install the curtain and blinds for my renovated home and can’t wait for this finishing touch! I highly recommend this shop and speak to them about their Korean blinds, silent curtain tracks and impressive zip track win at a condo group buy shootout.

Bad experience overall, zero service rendered, bad attitude and not keen for any business (or maybe just care about the fish tank). I wonder how to sustain and remain afloat in the business with such the way of service. Will NOT recommend.

This hm Gallery IMM outlet was introduced by a friend, and I placed an order for balcony ziptrack & curtains .Their Ziptrack Unizip is a German brand.The senior sales Mico at IMM outlet, was very professional and patient in explaining the product. After reading and listening to her introduction, I learned about the structure of the product itself and went to several shops. Finally, I decided to choose UniZip from Hm Gallery, and the price was reasonable. Compared with other brands, this shop is more cost-effective, because all the goods are genuine, and there are many choices of curtain fabrics, which is a very professional and cost-effective curtain shop.👍👍👍👍

From start to end, Mico provided us with very good service. She is knowledgeable on the products and able to advice us on the different materials and colors based on our needs. Throughout the process, she also helped coordinate with us on dates, measurement requirements and even after sales, she was still responding to my queries. Attend by Gary and he know everything about curtain and we suppose to go to another outlet for curtain and he was knowledgeable and tell us the colour contrasts and even our home paint which colour to pair . Product wise is a lot better then other we have go . If u are getting bto or resale can try here . 100% will come here in 5 year time

I first used HM Gallery for my entire house (4 blinds) over 10 years ago, and in 2023, I had two new blinds refurbished with them. The quality and craftsmanship of the blinds were acceptable and lasted around 10 years. Recently, one of the 2 older blinds suddenly broke, so I reached out to them for repairs. They initially quoted me $100, but the price later increased to $167 due to the blind being old and out of warranty. As a loyal customer who has used their services twice which cost more than $2000 in total, I found it unethical that I was charged even more because of dented hinges. I eventually found a handyman company to fix it for under $70. Given this experience with their aftersales service, I won’t be returning to them anytime soon.

Awesome work done by HM Gallery from start to end. We had our consultation with Mr Gary who was very professional and experienced. Very detailed and patient in explaining about the different kind of curtains. We chosen day, night and uni lateral 2 in 1 curtains for our different rooms needs based on our understanding for different purpose. Materials and options given were wide and high quality. Measurement was done by Mr Sam Liu who gave a lot of tips and advices on the sizing and positioning too. He also advised on the cushions sizing as we wondered what sizes were suitable. Any technical questions he was also responsive regarding on old tracks and hooks removal when messaged him. Our installation was done today by installer Mr Sam and team. They were very careful with our polished floor with protection laid and made sure all drillings were vacuumed immediately. Also, kept asking to check after work done. Very meticulous. The sales team was also very responsive regarding our appointments enquires. Definitely recommend using Hm gallery!

Thank you to Sam & Mico for sending the professional team (Ah Lian team from Live House Engineering) to dismantle the existing zip blind & install the new zip trak. They were very efficient. All were done in 1 day. Our balcony was 4m height and 5.3m length and 1 whole piece zip trak was installed nicely. Their team work was excellent. Really recommended to engage their service 😀

21st Oct around 7.10pm onwards, Your female staff do not bother to attend to us. Computer is on with movie and she is busy with her handphone. We wanted to get blinds for our new home but you have lose my confidence

This is the second time engaging HM Gallery (IMM). It was a very pleasant experience engaging their service to install original ziptrak at my new house recently. The explanation by Gary was detailed and I was very impressed by their staff who did the on-site assessment. It was so professionally done and he was very friendly, giving me very constructive suggestions. The installation was also very well done. They arrived on time and quickly got into work. Every steps of the installation were like clockwork, quick and precise. Overall, impeccable product and service. Highly recommended!

Went to HM Gallery at IMM to look for new curtains. The sales manager there, Gary, was very helpful and made the selection process a breeze. Their catalogue of fabric designs and colours is more extensive then other places (they're curtain fabric wholesalers) and they also carry different types of curtain tracks. On installation day, the guys came early, were very friendly and helpful, and finished up within 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied with the final product.

I was attended to by Gary at this store. I wanted to get Korean combi blinds for my HDB flat. Gary gave me a clear explanation on the different types of blinds in terms of materials, purpose and pricing. No hard-selling. He also gave me suggestions on the suitable colours to choose between living room and bedroom. After payment is made, they kept me updated on the measurement & installation dates, even sending me reminder through Wadsapp. The installation team arrived punctually. The whole experience with HM Gallery, from the initial inquiries for both Australian Ziptrak and Korean blinds, to the final products confirmation and scheduling a installation date was a breeze and hassle free. The sales person, Gary, is very professional. He knows the products well and gives good recommendations after understood our needs and requirements. Sales was established and finalised pretty quickly and installation date/time was given to accommodate our renovation and move-in schedules. The installation team is very experience and professional too. They are very neat and detailed, except for that one complain! The vertical frames were not aligned against the kerbs holding the balcony glass panels. There are four approximately one-finger gaps between the vertical frames and the kerbs which is now a concern of dirts gathering! Nevertheless, we are still pleased with HM Gallery's products and services and highly recommend them to those who wants to install ziptraks &/or blinds!
