   The exhaust system that Mr Chan proposed helps to reduce energy cost, and the project was completed smoothly. To be honest this company is a hidden gem and definitely deserves more attention from F&B owners. Highly recommended!

   Instead of using the conventional 3-phase box fan, they recommended their in-house manufactured single-phase fan. With multiple fans installed, I can easily control the fan usage (eg. Use 1 fan only) when doing light cook, or having backup support if one fan malfunctions. This setup has been extremely helpful and also helps reduce my electrical bills. 😊 Overall, it’s a well designed and efficient system proposed. I’d highly recommend other F&B owners to try it out!

   I had my kitchen exhaust installed by Hong Po, I would say they were able to work and accommodate to my request despite the unit’s complex structure for the system to run.Was confident that they will be able to meet the requirements necessary after getting 2 projects done by them.Their work is consistently trustworthy and reliable.

   My kitchen ventilation system is handled by Hong Po Professional Company, the effect is very good, the chefs are very satisfied. Hong Po does have a wealth of experience and will also analyze its individual principles in detail, so I understand the pros and cons of it, and let me make the right choice. I am very grateful to them. After getting my ventilation system was installed by Hong Po, the kitchen chef has feedback that the ventilation was working effectively and is very statisfied. From my personal point of view i can see that they are very knowledgeable in terms of experiences and analysis by the way they explained the pros and cons in detailed allowing me to make the right decision.    This is the worst exhaust project i have ever experienced with a company in singapore. Be aware and BEWARE of the hidden costs and extra expenses. They take 1 month to respond to emails and weeks to respond to whatsapps. Took my restaurant about 3 months to install an exhaust. It was stressful to work with these people… caused us so much pain, expenses and precious time. Becareful…. They require you to pay in advance but they wont finish things on time. I do not like leaving bad reviews especially knowing that the business is run by an honest looking old man… but man.. his company was so stressful to work with.

   USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS TO FAIL. POOR SERVICE, ARGUMENTATIVE, MADNESS IF YOU WANT TO GET THIS GUY TO WORK WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. REFUSED to commit on a simple timeline and plan, took 1 month plus to install exhausts and AC for a 1100sqft unit and refused to come down to inspect, measure and discuss when invited. the main con, other contractors and owner has to work to his schedule, which is the most important. If you dont believe me, ask for a quote and see the number of disclaimers they put in compared to all others. It will be low priced with sub-par motors from 10000cmh and below only, but we ended up paying more and experience extreme distress with Mr Chan, his wife Agnes and his foreman brother and their loudmouth worker who threatened to quit on the ground. I know others who used him and regretted. On hindsight we should have listened to those business owners. Please message me if you need to know more. I'm happy to share his sales tactics, email chains and whatsapp proofs of their work ethic. Talk to Mr Chan only if you want to have fun. Oh, crazy post servicing prices also.
