Useless mould removal service. Mould mites back within a few days. Agents doing the wipe were cutting corners and missing out huge swathes of space and entire walls. They had some vacuum/heat equipment which they said would dry the walls but it didn’t seem effective at all. Mould problems still live and kicking. A complete waste of time and money.

This is our second time engaging professionals to rid our house of mould and mould mites. So we decided to go with hvac. 1) We experienced salesman pitching about how their chemicals are superior to competitors and reassurances provided on what the mould problem should be. 2) "measured" humidity level was put in the contract. But the site inspector did not show me any reading nor did I see any equipment used to measure humidity levels. 3) On the actual day of works, it was not explained to us what steps would be taken even though the contract stated that a staff would. The men just said they were not told to paint the wall, only the ceiling. We felt misled into believing paint would be done for the walls as well since that's where the visible mould is. To be fair, the men doing the actual works seem kind and thorough. 4) After works done, mould returned to our home THREE times all within a few weeks. 5) I called the original site inspector to demand an explanation. He (conveniently?) said he was reassured by his ops that this would be settled and then went on to say if there's any issue, can just call him again beyond the warranty period. Is he nice to offer this? Yes, but I also have no way to prevent him going back on his word. And I would rather have the mould stop recurring than have to keep scheduling for rectification works to be done. 6) The ops person, seems to have a ton of other structure/work processes to shift blame to. I kept having to chase him for updates and dates to do rectification works. And he comes back to me with things like "we have our internal meetings on Mondays", "the meeting that we wanted to have did not take place", "I follow up with active clients and that takes up most of my time", "we don't have a process for rectification" (really??), "I have not received a reply I just checked in the morning and I sent another reminder" About the most infuriating people to liaise with. Giving excuses and over promises.

We engaged them to clean a 2Br apartment which had LIGHT mould issue in end July 2023. They came and did a job which visibly seemed ok. However, a few months later, we had a serious green mould issue in those places they cleaned. I really wonder if they cleaned their equipment properly because we never had green mould, but some white mould. And it’s a lot more serious now ☹️worse, we were still within 6 months warranty but the company asked us to find cleaning services ourselves.

After consulting Kesh and getting the full picture, Kesh suggested a package to treat the mold areas. Staff (super friendly /helpful/very capable) came and performed the works. So far all has been well. Great job to the staff (sorry didn't managed to get your name, but you're awesome!),Kesh and HVAC for the great service!

I had a big mold problem in my room, but the HVAC team was fantastic. They were efficient and transparent about their prices, explaining why the mold grew. When the paint they applied came off, they explained why and offered to come back with better equipment to fix the humidity and repaint the wall. I'm really thankful I found them and appreciate their hard work.

I reached out to several companies to get a quote for mold removal service and I am very impressed with the service I received from HVAC. Mukesh who who was the project manager came down onsite personally to view the place while rest others just sent me a quote via WhatsApp without asking more. Mukesh was very helpful and explained the mold situation at my home in a clear and professional way. He recommended the best treatment options and scheduled the work promptly. Melvin was the onsite manager and he did a fantastic job with his team in treating the mold at our home yesterday. They were super efficient and thorough. They left my home spotless and mold-free. I highly recommend HVAC to anyone who needs mold remediation services. They are the best in the business!

Can be more thorough in identifying root cause of mould. They did not check the closet properly before cleaning, hence there was still mold left at the back of the closet.

Melvin and his team were fantastic. They were on time and were very meticulous with every aspect of the mould treatment. Service level was really top shelf and left us very impressed overall. Was preparing for my newborn and I had to do a mold treatment for my room. Jay did an detailed explanation on how the process will be, answered alot of my questions. The ops team did a fantastic job by covering all the fixtures in my room, so if you have any concerns, do not worry. My parents were so very impressed by their execution and professionalism that they wanted their room to have the treatment done as well and requested for the same ops people to do it! And the price is very reasonable. Thank you for the great job and will highly recommend you to my family and friends who require your services.

The previous positive rating was given upon the request of staff, prior to issuing of quotation and commencement of job. Staff was professional during pre-work assessment but job quality and deliverance was no where near as promised. We would need to redo whole work with a better organization. Not recommended and dissatisfied.

My contractor friend (not affiliated to HVAC) searched and found this company as he think I should get mold treatment too instead of just solely painting the ceilings covered with mold. And I contacted HVAC directly from start till end. My overall experience with HVAC was good. First spoke with Anthony James, who provided detailed explanation of their mold remediation plan. Take on my questions and answer them accordingly so that I could have a clear picture. Jay Suresh came for site-inspection and was the one in contact with me for all the action plan, quotation and work arrangement. He was also willing to listen to our constraint and provided us with solutions. On the day of mold remediation, Cyber and team came on time and they did a good job on the ceilings. Will have to monitor to see if the mold would return. A post remediation assessment is provided by the company too. Although the technicians that came with Cyber were not too meticulous, they were willing to provide rectification after pointing out. So do not hesitate to tell them if there’s any shortfall. Contacted HVAC on Sunday for mold removal service on my room’s ceiling. Was contacted by Anthony James and Jay Suresh. Jay came over on Monday for an inspection and expedited lab results for me as I was coughing badly (as a result of the mold). His team came on Tuesday to clean and remove the mold. All was done in less than 4 hours. Uploaded some before and after pictures of my room’s ceiling. I’m very pleased with the results and how professional this company was! Will definitely engage them again if I have any troubles with mold

It was a pleasant experience to engage HVAC Engineering Services to handle the mold problem in my house. Mr Fazil and his team were very punctual for the appointment. Mr Fazil was very detailed in explaining the steps involved in the process of the mold remediation. He also gave me advices on how to reduce the humidity in my room. Preparation work was nicely done such as covering of items and mattress in the room, the room was cleaned up before handed over back to me. Overall, I find the team was professional and committed in providing the mold remediation service. Thumbs up 👍

Thank you Anthony, Kesh, the supervisor and 4 other workers for their workmanship and service. They have great attitude and accommodative to our needs of removing the molds. We had very stubborn molds in our toilets and require thorough cleansing for it. HVAC delivered and I feel at ease now that there isn't any molds in the kitchen toilet. The molds are so stubborn that Anthony had to make another stronger chemical solution to remove the stubborn molds - i see alot of improvements from the first treatment. They came to our house 3 times to thoroughly remove the molds. We are truly grateful for their workmanship and service especially the supervisor n 4 workers for making the effort to clear the molds in the bathrooms. We greatly appreciate the work ethics!

We had Cyber and team doing the mold remediation works. They were professional. Everything was done neatly and tidy. Room is clean after works. My room and toilet felt like it just got a makeover. Lucky I had found HVAC, Anthony a very professional consultant who assist me, patiently listen to my celling wall mould issues , prompt response and arrange in quickly time to solve for me. Muthu a professional technician who did the job for me, I must say he really did a brilliant job even the Conner which you wouldn’t really notice but cannot run away from Muthu eyes. Ordered for decontamination for a 5-rm flat and paid extra for 4x AC and extra "active clean", total $710. At the time of appointment, the crew was "1.5hrs away". We rescheduled for the following day, but thats not the end of our problems. No comments about the quality of work, except that it was a single worker with 1 supervisor, and they left in just under an hour. I'll let you do the math, its pretty much touch-and-go and the supervisor was just there to take photo evidence that "the work was done". After 3 days, we returned to find that the secondary freezer was unplugged and the content thawed. According to the customer rep (Anthony), they were not supposed to unplug any socket, but we had photo evidence that they did. We tried to get compensation by the company but it took an insanely long time to get any response. If you're wondering why there are no negative reviews, I'll quote the customer rep ad verbum: "Please remove the negative feedback so that I can push to close the case" and tries to put the blame on the customer. Till date we have not got any compensation for what was about $500 of lost food. TLDR: Don't bother dealing with a company which manipulates their online reviews while witholding due compensation caused by their own mistakes.

I unfortunately got the wrong end of the stick when it comes to after sales service, contrary to what many faced. Salesperson was responsive, in that his response to queries was "please look for the ops manager". Real convenient after sales is completed. Sales was misleading. Prices were a premium to what others quoted, so we were misled during the sales pitch with the dragon phoenix works that "justified" the price. Trusting the reviews and his words, we proceeded. Actual works failed us. 1. Stated will come by one day earlier to run dehumidifying to rid the walls of moisture before doing mold cleaning. Did not happen, was told they will come on actual day with a larger machine. Trusting their professionalism, we agreed. 2. Actual day, delayed arrival for close to 1.5 hours with no explanation. Now i begin to have some doubts, because with such delays, can the removal of moisture still happen fast enough? Still, I trusted them. 3. Works included mold cleaning, disinfection of room, then plastering and painting of walls. No comments on mold cleaning since I trust that they are professional enough, given the glowing reviews. But plastering and painting was done poorly. Wall was patchy and portions were not painted, which we can see mold at those spots. NOW I have some doubts, because did they really clean the mold off, or just painted over it? 4. Works were also supposed to include hacking of hollow walls and patching back, in order to remove moisture and patch back solid walls. This was not done despite earlier WhatsApp message saying it will be done. We checked in with sales, and once again was promptly redirected to his ops manager. We insisted to comms with him, and he said the hacking is for "high moisture area". Very conveniently twisting words while trying to stay in the clear. 5. We said we were misled to believe that works had included hacking and patching back, since that was identified to be an issue. We then shared another quotation we had received for the equivalent works they actually did, which was half the price quoted by Bazic4u/HVAC. He said we were cheating? No idea what he meant because we simply wanted to say that (1) we trusted through his sales pitch that premium price meant premium service and (2) we just wanted to show a comparison. 6. While salesperson offered to return for rectification, we were not willing to take it up as his attitude was unprofessional and passive aggressive. The actual works were also substandard. We decided not to argue further and said that we wish to have CASE mediate this conflict instead. 7. Salesperson reciprocated by saying he will file a complaint to some entity on our "non-payment". AT NO POINT in the conversation did we refuse payment. We were still arguing about the standard of works. While I am one of the very few negative reviews, I think it speaks volumes, especially when there are numerous companies offering the same services. Perhaps the booming business granted by the pandemic had given him some confidence that "over promise and under deliver" for one customer is not going to hurt their overall business. What's done is done, what's said is said. We will pay for the works. But next customer considering them, be mindful what is said to you during the sales pitch, get EVERYTHING clear in black and white. But be careful, because in our case where we have black and white, we are still the eventual loser that has to live with whatever they have done.

I found HVAC when I was googling for mould removal companies, many companies suggest that I just paint over the mould. But that does not cure the problem from the root. HVAC is different, they send a consultant down to investigate the situation before recommending a solution. I felt very at ease when everything is under control. The cleaning part was also carried out swiftly and done very professionally, it did not require any hassle on the my part. I am very grateful to HVAC as my problem was solved.

He is prompt in answering our queries & clarifications. Rk, the ops manager, was very attentive to the physical works done, ensuring that the standard of the work was up to mark, & completed on time.
