Called this company for a quote to change a leaking stop valve and some other plumbing issues. Ah Siang answered the call even though it was early 7+am in the morning, gave me the most reasonable quote and arrived so promptly at 9.30am. Siang and his assistant were extremely skilled and fixed everything in less than 45 mins. In spite of unexpected circumstances that made his job more difficult, Siang not only added extra parts to make the plumbing job more secure, he kept to his original quoted price. Truly honest and a man of his word. Extremely polite and honest plumbers with a lot of experience and skill. Highly recommend!!!!

Best $540 spent. Mr Siang and his assistant came over from Bedok to Yishun within 45min to fix my clogged toilet bowl urgently. And as other parts of my 2 bathrooms were in need of repair, they helped me to do a total of 5 fixes/services in no time. Have saved their number! Thank you so very much :)

Amazing & Honest service! 🌟 Today, I Met Some Good Samaritans from Hoe Win Plumbing, also known as HW Singapore Plumbing! 🌟 They came to my home today to inspect a plumbing issue that started yesterday after disappointing air con service by Urban Company which spoil my mixer yesterday! (I contacted Urban Company’s service centre, but response was half baked. They will refund the air-conditioning servicing fee, but told me that I would have to engage and pay for my own plumber to repair the issue. Not cool! 😕) Was initally quoted by HW Plumbing that it would cost $250 to replace mixer. After arriving, they checked - unscrewing and adjusting the tap mixer, they managed to fix the problem. The bill? Only $10 for transport! 😲 In their words:"“We didn’t change any parts, so there is no labour charge.” That level of honesty is unreal consider they drove here (Sengkang) from Jurong! 👏 That is why I am extremely grateful to Hoe Win Plumbing / HW Singapore Plumbing for coming to my rescue. 🙏😊 Made a promise to share this positive experience and give them the recognition they deserve. 📞 Need a plumber? Consider giving them a try—and keep their number handy!

A super honest plumber, first time I've encountered. My mum's house had a clogging issue. He tried to diagnose the problem and find out where the clogged area was and even brought his equipment to unclog the pipe. But after doing all that he realised that it's the main pipe that is clogged and advise us to call town council. He spent almost an hour at my mum's place. He refused to charge us anything and didn't want to take money from us not even transportation money. A man of integrity.

We had on 2 separate occasions engaged Ah Siang of HW Plumbing, once for a toilet bowl choked and another time for a sink tap leaking. On both occasions, Ah Siang was prompt to reply our WhatsApp enquiry and arrived very quickly to help resolve our issues. He is also very experienced in his work. Resolved our toilet bowl issue without causing scratches on our toilet bowl (previously had a plumber scratched our toilet bowl badly with his tool). The leaking tap issue was resolved also satisfactorily. Originally he was to fix the tap only but we saw that our main pipe was also leaking, he also supported to fix the pipe without a second word. We later learnt it was his day off, but because we needed the leak fixed urgently, he came promptly to fix it. Ah Siang is humble but also very straightforward in his communications. Definitely recommend his services!

Great Plumbing Service – Fast & Reliable Engaged their plumbing service to help clear two choked pipes. The two uncles who came were fast, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Everything was done in under an hour, which I really appreciated. The price quoted was reasonable and stuck to what was discussed, no surprises. I was expecting the job to be very messy, with a strong smell and dirty floors, but it turned out much better than expected. While it wasn’t spotless (it’s still plumbing after all), the mess was very minimal and manageable. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them if you need quick and fuss-free help with plumbing issues.
