Found this company online (P plumbing) for water heater replacement. Their whatsapp contact is quite convenient. I contacted their customer service at night and he is very knowledgeable. He told me to keep the same model of water heater to avoid extra price for PUB submission. Their service is affordable and good 👍

Got Vision Engineering to provide labour to install a new Toshiba water heater, replace tap, add a stop valve, replace old copper pipe with stainless steel pipe (supplied by Vision) and replace Electrical Switch. Got a quote very quickly. Very reasonable price. They could install within 4 hours of the quote was accepted. Good workmanship. Strongly recommend ! !

I would like to send my thank you and appreciation for your excellent help. This afternoon my HDB apt suddenly lost power. There was no circiuit trip as confirmed by your electrician via whatsapp after I sent him a picture. He then asked me to check with my neighbours if they had power. After confirming that they had power, I mentioned to him that my next door neighbor is doing renovations. He then asked me to send him picture of the external power box switch. We then found out that the reno people likely switched off my main power my mistake. After the electrician thought me how to turn on the mains power and power to my apartment was restored. I am so grateful that your electrician patiently and kindly went through the steps to trouble shoot before making a trip and we could resolve my issue via whatsapp. I will definitely recommend your service to friends and family and will reach out to you if there is a need in future. Power went off did not know what happened, asked the neighbour for help but he did not know what happened either, so had to call for help. Was directed to guy named Khoo, he’s patient and helped me through just texting on WhatsApp, he solved the issue within 1min just with 2 pictures sent. Really thankful for Khoo, for being fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

We were experiencing a sudden power trip, and could not figure out the reset from the power distribution box. Thanks for the great advice and quick response from vision 2 team and finally we were able to trace it to the distribution switch from main SP outside the unit. Great appreciation to them instead of others who will just offer for on site troubleshooting on certain rate..

The Service workers are Excellent! Our Circuit Breaker (CB) Tripped because of a short circuit I have done the trouble shooting and it still didn't work after 4 tries. I felt a new CB was needed but the service man told me to check the electric box outside and WALLA the issue was solved! Thank you so very much Vision 2 Engineering for the help!!! Any future problems, I for sure will look for Vision 2!!! They are the BEST!!!

I was happily enjoying my chips and watching my drama show at home and suddenly, at1030pm i faced a total blackout, and was panicky and desperate to seek help from an Electrician. I am so thankful and lucky that i found Vision 2 Engineering and seeking help via whatsapp with a photo i shared. He was able to guide me throughout and patiently waited to inform us how to reconnect and restart without any cost. I highly recommend them. Now i am happy and back to drama with my aircon back on. Called them to get their services for a power trip at home and was expecting them to give a quotation, however, the person was able to guide me through my issue through WhatsApp using photos I sent him. Contracted them regarding a power trip. They were fast and responsive, and were happy to help. After troubleshooting, it was established that all I had to do was to change the lightbulb and no further action was needed. They did not charge for the advice and was pleasant throughout.
