Zhen Hong took the time to assess the water leaking issue instead of jumping to sell a solution which most other companies I approached did. We did some checks before deciding on the possible solutions and managed to solve the problem eventually. Prices are higher than usual but workmanship is decent.

Had a bad leaking and was misdiagnosed by first contractor. Contacted this firm for a second opinion and Zheng Hong was able to come down the same day and give logical explanation. Job was carried out a few days later and the leaking was resolved! Zheng Hong was responsive and update me every steps of the way. Have already engaged them for another project. Strongly recommended 👍🏼.

If I can give zero star I will put as ZERO. Very unreliable contractor. Appointment fix did not show up can't simply give me a call to inform me. There are few persons involved who took their valuable time to meet up. WhatsApp no reply , call also no answer. Luckily I have not engage their services otherwise I can't imagine if there are issues with their work they will definitely ignore calls. Very bad impression with this type of service attitude. Avoid this contractor.

I engaged Hydroworks for waterproofing works on my bathroom shower areas as well as replace 2 storage heaters and a few taps. The works were completed in 2 days with some minor touch-up work completed subsequently. The workmen who showed up were very courteous and very professional. The project manager Red Oh planned and coordinated all the activities very well and was always very helpful. Overall it was a job very well done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hydroworks for any waterproofing or plumbing works.

Disappointed more with the work ethics than anything else. Worker AWOL without a word. Not reliable, not professional, not on time, not responsive. Not to mention, the repair failed without any warranty in the end. Tried to be patient and understanding but the last straw was the attitude of the worker. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend Hydroworks. Very responsive and detailed and treats you like a valued customer. Red will answer your queries anytime of the day and I appreciate his explanation to my water leaking issues. There were some minor hiccups which Red manages to resolve in a timely manner. What matters most is the end result and I am satisfied with it so far.

My master bedroom toilet on the 2nd floor was leaking into the sitting room false ceiling on the ground floor. I found Zhen Hong to be professional. He climbed up to take photos and inspect the site thoroughly. He also asked the correct questions to diagnose the full issue. He then gave my family the various options and their costing. He did not rush us and gave us time to sleep over the quote. He was responsive and also took another few days of questions to explain our doubts. We did not start work immediately because we went on holidays. We implemented flooding, an expoxy injection in between the toilet tiles,, and then an epoxy injection at our sitting room ceiling. He would complete the work to our satisfaction. I will engaged Zhen Hong again when I need work on other parts of the house. I strongly recommend him. Sam Leong MSc MBA.
