Very disappointed with the damage Igm has done to my house. In its bid to market itself Igm pasted a sticky note which is now permanently etched on my gatepost. Not sure if this was deliberate or a just poor choice of adhesive. If latter then it’s inconsiderate and if former, just pure unscrupulous. Either way, this reflects a flaw in its practice which more people should be aware of.

I usually engage Mr Dinesh services or even recommend him to others as his Water Seepage Detection and advisory for rectification are clear and precise. Big thanks to Eric Choy from IGM for his excellent service to our development We were dealing with complicated inter-floor water seepage issues due to the unique design of the development, but Eric’s dedication really stood out. His investigation was very detailed, and he was extremely patient in explaining the technical details and root causes to residents so we could understand everything clearly. Overall service from IGM is good. The admin team is also very efficient and followed up closely throughout the whole process, coordination was very smooth. Though their pricing is a little on the higher side, the quality of work and peace of mind you get make it worth it. Highly recommended if you want things done right with a professionally and detailed report.

The IGM engineer Gavin was very responsive and committed to finding the leakage source. Impressed with the professionalism and experience of Mr Wilson Peh, intrusion engineer of IGM, who helped find the source of seepage in my unit that was troubling us for some time. A whole range of investigative tests were conducted to zoom down on the source and were thankfully non-destructive. Vivian also monitored the process closely since we were working on a tight schedule. The report was detailed and clear. Highly recommend IGM for water seepage investigation.

We have engaged IGM to investigate a major leak affecting Levels 5 down to Level 1. Despite multiple attempts and inviting other vendors to assess the issue, only IGM was able to accurately identify the root cause. While their services may be on the higher end, we are pleased that the matter has been successfully resolved. Yi Feng is a very experienced and polite engineer. He conducted the inspection in my unit thoroughly and explained everything in clear, layman's terms, which made it much easier for me to understand despite the technical nature of the issues. Gavin from IGM was considerate and most helpful in his suggestions when I wanted to remove a long bath from a bathroom that was leaking into my neighbour below. I didn't want to remove the whole toilet floor which involves removing the toilet bowl too. He accommodated my request and this saved me some money. His workmen ensured that the floor of the passage from the main door to the toilet was lined and protected with corrugated cardboard. I appreciate that. Engaged IMG through MCST recommendation to fix a leak at my unit. IMG would not proceed w work w/o advance payment ahead of work. Advance payment was made in order to address the leak complaints by lower floor unit. IMG assured 1-year warranty. However after IMG's work, the leak persisted. IMG refused responsibility and requested additional advance payment to redo the work. Had to engage another plumber to finally resolve it. Very disappointed with IMG professionalism and warranty claim. Would not recommend.

Engaged IGM for kitchen pipe replacement. Service was great as they walked through the entire process in detail prior to work starting and took special care of my concerns about dust management which was kept to the minimum. We engaged IGM for waterproofing works and PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) replacement works, and we are extremely satisfied with their overall performance. From the initial inspection to the completion of works, the team demonstrated strong technical knowledge and professionalism. Their assessment was clear and detailed, and they explained the issues and proposed solutions in a practical and transparent manner. The waterproofing works were carried out efficiently, with proper surface preparation and systematic application. The team ensured minimal disruption to residents and maintained good housekeeping throughout the process. Workmanship was neat and well-executed. For the PRV replacement works, the team handled the shutdown coordination smoothly and completed the installation efficiently. Water pressure was restored properly, and post-work checks were conducted to ensure everything was functioning as intended. Thank you for the wonderful job done for my mother’s house. We want to thank IGM for this job, especially Gavin for his dedication to this project - from the initial site survey and work scope, to the daily supervision and monitoring of works, quality checks and high responsiveness to customer questions. It was a project made more complicated by the prolonged wet weather in Singapore and this caused much difficulties for on-site work. Gavin's overall supervision of all the IGM resources and workers helped ensure successful delivery and completion. At completion, the overall aesthetics is very nice looking, and solves our problems of aging concrete and erosion. Now we have a swift flowing drainage, with no ponding issues, fully waterproof protected, and well covered with newly painted metal grilles. The project works were done very skillfully and professionally and we are highly satisfied with the end results!

We have been working with Water Seepage Specialist Mr Dinesh for some years now. We approached IGM because we need special equipment to narrow down the cause of the seepage. Once narrowed down, we further engaged them to repair the seepage. Repairs works are done effectively. Mr Dinesh response time is appreciated where sometimes it is an urgent matter. He is very responsible and sees that the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

The Review below is based on my own Personal Views and Opinions, and, based on my own personal experiences with IGM, and left in good faith. Please do your own due diligence on this matter and also do read the other reviews. Please look at all the 1-star reviews and other comments, and then go judge for yourself. In my own direct personal experience: IGM had advised their customers that, if you leave them a 5 Star review on their Facebook page or website, they will extend their warranty for 3 months extra , which I foolishly fell for. IGM gives the impression to be very professional with their website and marketing, and come with all their fancy equipment - but can still be very wrong in the detection of the source of the leaking. However, in my personal experience, many aspects of the work were very poor & incompetent. There was minimal and often no supervision during the works whilst it was going on, as I had taken time off work for these, and I could witness this first hand. Each time the leak recurred, the response was that there was a NEW leak source, involving additional rectification works and of course, costs. Multiple alternative sources were cited as root causes, except the suboptimal original work : the stairs; the planter area, etc. Everything except the sub-optimal original work . Of Note: here was NO 48 hour water pooling test done, which was what I witnessed after the waterproofing and membrane layer was put down with my new current contractor. Furthermore, IGM had severed and cut through my underground electrical cables in my roof terrace that supplied my roof terrace lights, and the whole house had a black-out, with power outage every time i turned on the external lights due to the short-circuit. When I had directly asked them about this specifically, and raised this to them multiple times, IGM denied any fault or responsibility, and have email / WhatsApp correspondence to confirm this. I had to get my own electrician, at my own cost to relay the electrical wiring. It was only after my recent re-works with the new company, when they excavated the roof terrace floor, that there was clear evidence of the underground wires being cut through during the original works. Subsequent works where PU foam grouting was supposed to be pumped into the ceiling in my master bedroom, they damaged my parquet floor and cedar wood timber blinds and wardrobes, with suboptimal follow-up: a few hundred dollars 'compensation' , for thousands of dollars worth of damage ! There is STILL damage to these areas that i have to see and face daily (I have photographic of all of the above damage issues mentioned). I take responsibility for returning to them after the first poor results, as a result of me not doing my due diligence, and engaged them on multiple occasions. I had given them the benefit of doubt, I was so busy at work and did not have the time or capacity to get multiple quotes and alternative views. After the latest leak last year - yet again !! - after their inspection . IGM said it was a problem with the roof again, which They themselves had repaired and corrected multiple times ! They quoted and advised for another remedial measure of recoating or re-surfacing the roof terrace. At this stage, I finally decided to relook at this issue in totality, and in view of all the previous repairs by IGM, which still had not addressed the leaking issue.I obtained a recommendation from my neighbour who had similar roof issues, who put me in touch with the company he engaged. When they came to inspect, in their professional opinion, the primary fault was due to the original sub-optimal roof works, with inadequate and poor waterproofing and sealing. The process could not have been more different! ! They were very thorough and detailed, with very close supervision by the senior supervisor of the workmen, on a daily basis. They did the water-pooling test, etc. which is industry standard, as I was told! I could see the vast difference in quality, thoroughness and fine attention to details. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

It was such a coincidence that I got the flyer from the boy distributing and this major leak started 2 days later. The y arranged thd engineer to come the next day. The rofessionalism of the engineer Mr. DINESH is so obvious. Identifying the location of the leak with pinpoint precision. The 2 workers who handled the hacking. Securing the place. Ensuring safety and cleanliness. And fixing it Truly fantastic organisation and people. We engaged IGM to inspect a resale condo at Central Grove, where our client’s master bathroom had been reported to have a leaking issue by the downstairs neighbor. IGM sent their specialist, Mr Dinesh, along with a colleague, who came fully equipped to conduct a thorough inspection of both our client’s unit and the neighbor’s unit. After completing their survey, IGM provided us with a detailed report of their findings, identifying the source of the leak, along with recommendations for how to resolve the issue. Prompt and efficient and accurate work. Had used IGM multiple times and never fail to impress. Dinesh demonstrates strong technical knowledge and provides advice to solve the problem. I have a leak coming from the ceiling and after multiple attempts to find the root cause, Dinesh on his first managed to pinpoint the cause and we are on to rectify. Would like to thank IGM Jacky for his hard work in the investigation of water seepage from my neighbour's house. Using bionic scanners and hearing devices as well as taking photos, he managed to detect the root cause of water seepage within hours. Being professional and meticulous, he patiently went through all water points from first floor to third floor of both houses to inspect the leakage. He also provided detailed information with scanning proof as evidence. Being punctual for scheduled appointments was also a plus as he did not disrupt any of our daily activities during this entire process. Appreciate the effort and prompt response from Jacky again. Would certainly recommend his services to others!
