I was thoroughly impressed by Innovative Pest Control after contacting a few pest control companies. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive. Their friendly staff followed up quickly via WhatsApp and arranged a free site inspection without any hassle. During the free site visit, their engineer - Mr Hilfan took the time to genuinely pay attention to my concerns, diligently hunting down the pest sources and origins rather than rushing through the job. Best of all, there were zero pushy sales tactics—just honest, expert advice and assistance. After identifying the exact pest species, I was provided a clear service report. I was really comfortable with their service attitude and signed up for their treatment. They returned for the 2nd visit using their specially formulated insecticide spray. The whole process was seamless, professional, and effective. Kudos to Mr Hilfan, a young hands-on-professional at Innovative Pest - Highly recommended if you want a reliable pest control team that actually cares!

I highly recommend Adi and Hafiz for their professionalism and genuine approach. Knowing about the persistent noises I heard from my false ceiling, Adi kindly came down for a preliminary inspection to help identify the root cause. He even climbed up the access panel to inspect the situation thoroughly. Rather than simply recommending pest control, he honestly explained that the root cause needed to be addressed first — in my case, engaging a roofing contractor to seal the voids found in the roof before starting long-term pest control and management. I really appreciate his thoroughness, honesty and customer-first attitude. Excellent service and highly recommended! 👍

We discovered a termite infestation in our kitchen cabinet on Saturday evening. We reached out to Innovative Pest Control close to midnight and were pleasantly surprised by how promptly they responded via WhatsApp. Chye Khoon attended to us on both Saturday night and Sunday, providing quick advice to leave the termites undisturbed until the inspection. Hadi came on Sunday afternoon and conducted a thorough inspection. He patiently explained the situation, how the subterranean termites most likely entered our home, and the treatment plan. As this was our first experience dealing with a termite infestation—and one of this scale—it was naturally quite alarming. Although the baiting and eradication process means we won’t be able to use part of our kitchen cabinet for a while, Hadi took the time to explain why this approach is necessary and gave us confidence that the infestation is being handled properly. We truly appreciate the team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to answer all our questions. While the treatment is still ongoing, we already feel much more at ease knowing our home is in capable hands. Excellent Service from Faz (Innovative Pest Control) I got in touch with Faz from Innovative Pest Control regarding my unit, which was heavily infested with more than a hundred cockroaches after the previous owner moved out. As my renovation was scheduled to start just two days later, I urgently needed the pest issue resolved before any work began. I contacted Faz on a Sunday, and right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and attentive to all my concerns. He listened patiently and immediately assured me that he would try to arrange a team to come down the very next day — even though it was a public holiday! Faz also clearly explained the entire process and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved, which I found very reasonable. After I sent him the details, he went above and beyond — texting back shortly after to let me know that his team could actually come down the same day, just two hours later! The whole treatment process took about 1 to 1.5 hours, and I was truly impressed by how efficient and thorough the team was. Thanks for attending to my “urgent” request after hours to catch cockroach. Took a while for me to catch until it hides at narrow opening cabinet. May seem expensive for such request but was night time. Gladful to Adi who came in 15 mins, catch swiftly and no hard sell. I hope I no need such services in future but for those super fear and need urgent help may consider them👍🏻

We had bedbugs issue in our home last May. It was stressful that we wanted immediate solution, but was hard sold for a pricey treatment by another company. So glad we rejected & contacted Innovative. Mr Fazly came over & inspected our place same day. He prescribed treatment that was half of what previous company offered us. No hard selling. Their team came over next few days & did the treatment. Very professional even took time explaining to us the method. Their customer service is flexible & prompt too when we changed dates for our 2nd treatment. Recommended for their good service.

Faz was so prompt in replying my pest enquiries even though I contacted him late at night 😅 So sorry for disturbing at such a late hour, did not expect Faz to reply so quickly! He helped to identify a bug that has been in our room for a couple of months and gave us advice on how to eliminate it. Innovative Pest Control's response to my inquiry was quick and Hadi was able to come by on the same day. He gave us a professional impression with his questions about the bug and bites. He took the time to inspect the area and searched for where the eggs and hatched eggs of the bed bugs were, being able to deduce where it was solely on his questions for us when he came over. On top of that he gave us advice on what to look out for when a bedbug issue arises, something we really appreciated. I had reached out to a few different pest control companies, but none were as forthcoming as Innovative Pests, which came at the recommendation of a friend. Mr Yap responded to my call at the last minute, and promptly sent someone over within half a day to come and take a look at a problem with dry wood termites coming from my HDB installed toilet door. As we had to take care of newborn twins (who live in the house) and juggle bringing them to an appointment on the same day, his team liaised with multiple people (my parents and friends) to ensure that their visit to advise on my termite problem would be seamless. Faz showed up at my house and was very friendly and professional, providing solid advice. I was very pleased with the honest and prompt service, where they didn’t upsell anything to me. I will certainly call on Mr Yap and Faz again if I have any future pest issues to deal with, and would highly recommend to anyone in Singapore looking for pest control help.
