On 1July, I made enquiry from J-One Plumber & HandyMan Services, to install new basin tap at the toilet. He quoted the price after I sent him some photos of my current basin. As it was a 20 years old BTO flat and the toilet basin was customised by HDB. Basin tap & sink stopper is linked (customised by HDB). The sink stopper got stuck and cannot be lifted up, preventing water from draining. In fact, Ah Hao does not work on Sunday, however he accommodate to do the installation and repair work on Sunday morning (6 July) which I really really feel appreciative. He is so professional and did an excellent job! It was not easy for him as there is semi-round cabinet below the basin, it was very challenging for Ah Hao to remove the old inlet hose, water valve, sink stopper, old tap, etc , then have to install all the new fixtures, basin tap, new water valve, sink stopper & etc such a limited space. He changed new PVC pipe for me as well which I did not expect that! I requested him to replace new waterproof silicon at the shower screen door. He also fixed up my cabinet door hinges. He is really a Superman. Everything he can do and did an excellent work ! I already engage him to replace new black silicon for my kitchen cabinet granite top in another two weeks time due to my schedule. I highly recommend him to all you for any installation or repair job. He is professional and trustworthy!
