Today we moved in through Jusgogo services. Overall, it was very smooth and nice. Even though the distance was long (East to West) and had to do 3 trips Mr.Kelvin and his team showed very good temperament. Special shout to Mr. Kelvin for personally overseeing and leading the entire move!. He even came on Sunday to pack the glass items himself! He was very cool right through and did not get flustered at all! Would recommend to anyone needing the moving services . Not, but not the least the pricing is very reasonable and Mr.Kelvin did not charge anything extra.

Jusgogo Mover and Delivery truly delivers an 'all in one service essential for moving your home.' From the initial packing material delivery to dismantling, secure transportation, and final reassembly at our new residence, they handled every single detail seamlessly. And reasonably pricing for two 14 foot lorries, 2nd floor lifting of king size bed, protection of electrical appliances.

I have just hired Jusgogo 1 month back to help with moving to a new place. The team of 3 were very efficient and meticulous. They were able to handle all my glassware and fragile items with care. Had quite a few bit of big items last min and was worried could not fit into the lorry. However the team was very reassuring and confident of the move! Was great working with them , and will look forward to engaging them again in my next move! Did not sweat

Great team, good teamwork, hard working and strong. Area to improve - admin. Need formal signed quote and formal invoice on letterhead to support work commitment and final bill. Without this, customer unsure if team would show up.

I had a last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before the actual move) by the a mover I had pre-booked and pre-paid in full. I approached Jusgogo as an alternative and not only they were quick to respond, they confirmed the booking over the phone call. They were also very responsive each time I rang them and addresses all my queries and concerns promptly. On moving day (yesterday), they arrived as promised with the appropriate manpower and handled the move promptly and smoothly. All their staff are very organised, thorough and courteous - it was a pleasure working with them. I also hired them for ad-hoc assembly of my adjustable desk which they agreed and executed well. Highly recommended and will definitely consider them again for my moving needs. Thank you Jusgogo team!

I had an excellent experience with this friendly house moving team. From the first enquiry to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The movers arrived on time, were well-prepared, and took great care in wrapping and protecting all my furniture and fragile items. They worked quickly but carefully, and nothing was damaged or misplaced. Moving is always stressful, but their teamwork and clear communication really put my mind at ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving service!

Handled very professionally when they managed the movement of supplies despite the very tough time management to meet other clients' requests. As a former customer, I would highly recommend this service.

So thankful to have Jusgogo help us in our recent “house moving”. The team was very efficient, professional and polite. Furniture, all items and our home were well taken care of during the move- including the dismantling and reassembly of beds etc & moving of bulky items up and down stairs. Their vehicle was nice & clean ! They gave us cartons to pack and helped us take them away after moving. There were small little touches like helping us get the parts for the tap to get the washing machine working. We also had last minute requests and the prices quoted after the job was done was very reasonable. My family engaged their services 2 years ago and were impressed and satisfied. Family and friends who have engaged their services for their homes & businesses only had good things to say.

Super steady movers - experienced - professional - excellent decision making and customisation to suit small lift and door sizes. Did my house moving 4 years back and we went back to them when we moved this week. They made our move much less stressful.

I just had to write a review for Jusgogo Movers because they made what is normally a incredibly stressful day completely seamless. From the initial quote to the final box being unloaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful. The crew, led by [Team Leader's Name, if you remember it], arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They wrapped every piece of furniture meticulously—my white couch and wooden dressers were treated like priceless artifacts! Their efficiency was impressive; they loaded the truck quickly but never rushed, using smart techniques to maximize space. At the new place, they were just as amazing. They placed everything exactly where I asked and even reassembled my bed and table without a single question. Their positive attitude and hard work kept my energy up all day. What truly stood out was their care and respect for my belongings. Not a single scratch on the walls or floors, and not one item was damaged. The price was also exactly as quoted—no hidden fees or surprises. If you're looking for movers who are strong, careful, and professional, stop your search now. Jusgogo is the real deal. I will 100% be using them for any future moves and recommending them to all my friends. Thank you for such a great experience!

This is my second time engaging JustGoGo and they have been fantastic once again. Kelvin, who coordinated with me, was very prompt and helpful in all his replies. The three movers who came were friendly, efficient and worked very fast. Everything was handled with care and arrived safely. I had items going to two different locations and the whole process was smooth and well organised. I highly recommend JustGoGo for their reliability and great service.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable moving services!

Justgogo, Kelvin attitude is very positive. The small items that I didn't sent photos to him, he accepted them as part of the moving. Every items were glad-wrapped and placed on individual trolley. Their action were very skilful and it shows their superlative professional experience. I was so happy with their work that I give Kelvin a tip which I could see the delight on his face. A good job deserves a tip. The fee for his service was reasonable unlike the first one that I called. I found him on the NET under movers. He does other services like (disposal to name one) Use him, you wouldn't regret it. Jeffkwan

I recently used Jusgogo for my move and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, Keith and Hao entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. The booking process was simple and transparent, and I appreciated the clear communication leading up to moving day. On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. Highly recommend to anyone of my family and friends

29 March 2024: I hire Jusgogo for office reinstatement. Very efficient boss and workers, nice and friendly, handle things well. Reasonable charges too. Highly recommended. 22 May 2025: Engaged Jusgogo again for my house move, and once again, they didn’t disappoint! The team, including the boss, was super efficient, and the working atmosphere was great—lots of laughter, but still very professional in getting the job done. Best of all, their prices are really reasonable. It’s so hard to find fair pricing these days—feels like everyone else is just marking things up like crazy!

We’ve used Jusgogo several times within the past year, from moving just a few pieces of furniture to full home relocations, and they’ve consistently delivered great service. Kelvin and his team have been punctual, professional, and treated our belongings with great care. Whether it’s a small job or a big move, they bring the same level of care and efficiency every time. Their pricing is fair, with no hidden fees or surprises, which we really appreciate. Booking and communication have been smooth and easy. When we didn’t have enough time to finish packing, they stepped in and helped us pack the remaining items, handling everything with care. It’s been a great experience working with Kelvin and his team, and we’ll definitely be using their services again.
