Supervisor was professional, took time to hear my feedback and get things executed. Overall, cleaning did not seem great at all. I expected less of a micro-manage to get the job done. For instance, the crevices around all the doors were filled with debris and were not cleared till we checked. One of the staff was relatively new (day 1 of job) and I could tell she wasn’t even sure of what she was doing at all. There was still debris at the end of the cleaning - (#1 photo attached) Aftermath, house is still dirty as before. No difference. (Attached #2 photo)

I had a terrible stains in the garage and the supervisor send me Pictures off all the products they used to remove them. All gone ! O couldn’t be happier ! The tenant was happy with the end of the cleaning. I was very just that day with the moving so the supervisor send me pictures all the time of all the areas of the house ! They finished even earlier than expected ! Best cleaning company in Singapore to hire for the end of tenancy cleaning ! I have recommended them many times and all my friends were satisfied not only with the cleaning but the amazing attitude of the person in supervisor !

My SECOND TIME engaged them for the End of Tenancy Cleaning. They are such accommodating people. They are responsive and friendly. As I had just moved in, I was in need of a full house cleaning service. With a last-minute gathering for the evening, I was surprised that I managed to secure a booking with Justin just 3 hours prior to the appointment! Response was quick and appointment was confirmed within minutes. He came down with 2 workers with all the equipment and products - a godsend to new home owners! I gave them some areas to address and they managed to clear them. After 4h, received a call from Justin that the work is done.
