   Very poor customer services. Arrange cleaning schedule initially but never pick up call nor reply email subsequently despite multiple attempts. Not recommend to hire their service

   Things did not start out right from the start with the wrong booking timing confirmed and the cleaners even came late on the rescheduled timing. Cleaners had the audacity to ask my helper to help to clean just because one of their cleaner was still learning on the job. Damage to roller blinds was noticed after and they refursed to acknowledge it was their mistake. Really bad service.

   Booked KS Cleaning Company to clean my rental unit 2 days prior. On the day of the cleaning, they did not turn up. They were not responsive and did not pick up my call or replied to my texts. Only after 3 hours, they msged to say they got the dates wrong and returned my deposit. Engage them at your own risk. I certainly would not want to deal with them again.

   I engaged them for my moving out cleaning and I'm impressed by their cleaning. House looks brand new for handover and had zero complications with my landlord. The team is very professional in their work and checked thoroughly with me after their cleaning. 10 stars! Thank you

   Omg I am extremely grateful for KS Facility's services as I had minimal time to move into my new place from my rental unit. My Reno had been delayed for 2 months. I had engaged them for Post Reno Cleaning. 2 workers under 4 hours, everything was cleaned! Of course human error, definitely missed some spots but it was very much forgivable. The Reno dust around the walls, floor, cabinetry had been cleared, toilets are clean from the acid washing. Important as I stay with a frail elderly. They were so kind to help me move my barang-barang around the super tight space. If it wasn't for their efficiency and professionalism, I wouldn't be able to settle last minute packing and handover at my rental unit. KS Facility handed over my place in superb condition and liveable state. I am satisfied with their service. Couldn't be better. KS Facility was recommended by a friend and I will highly recommend it to the rest. Praise and honour to KS Facility, thanks for being there for me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    The services I went for was move in cleaning. Replies were prompt and detailed during enquiry. On the actual day, Navin and his team came on time with their equipment and swiftly started cleaning every nooks and crevices. The house became sparkling clean.     First time I used KS Facility, I was apprehensive but in the end I was delighted. A team of 2 came, they were very fast, efficient and professional. They took as much care as they could and they were very thorough. The even cleaned places which I didn’t expect. Interestingly, they left the place neater. All done in 4+ hours. Couldn’t have done a better job myself. Will surely recommend them! Kuddos to the team!

    Book for a cleaning slot at 9am but goes MIA, called so many times but rejected all my calls. After waiting for 1.5hr no show I quickly engaged another cleaning company as I need to do handover tomorrow already. Please beware and deal at your own risk !

    Not recommended. Needed end of tenancy cleaning services urgently so decided to engage professionals to do the job. 2 staff came and after 4.5 hours, the house was not cleaned up well (despite their initial assurance that the time was sufficient to complete the job properly). See photos for examples of the dusty ceiling fan, stained toilet cover, shower screens, and drawers after the session. There were other areas such as doors, floor, cabinets which were also still dirty with cobwebs and dust after the session. The toilet vanity cabinets were left flooding with water inside. Needless to say, we redo the cleaning after they left. During the cleaning process, a staff broke the plastic bracket that was holding up the glass panel on my cooker hood. The staff denied it, saying that the bracket must have been already broken in the first place. The supervisor called up the overall in-charge person who alluded that the bracket broke due to the cooker hood being old. We explained that the bracket was firmly attached to the hood with a screw. After discussion, it was agreed we would ask the cooker hood manufacturer for replacement quote. Subsequently, the manufacturer quoted $95 for part replacement and installation by their technician. However, the in-charge person disagreed with paying for the installation, and asked us to perform the installation ourselves. As we were not confident of performing the installation, we could not agree on a resolution and decided to absorb the replacement and installation costs.
