Lousy service. Rider says that his motorbike spoil and I need to collect my parcel from him. Crazy, I book Lala move so that I don’t need to travel. Then contact customer support, they say they will find rescue driver for me. But in the end, need wait for a potential driver to accept the new order. NOBODY came to the rescue.then my parcel how?

Would not recommend this for moving service. There is no number to call and the live chat kept bouncing between various live agents who do not address my query adequately. Also, despite booking in advance, Lalamove is unable to confirm my service order. You would have to wait to hopefully get a match and they encourage/ bait you to keep “topping up tips” in hopes of getting a driver. For a peace of mind, highly recommend looking for a different service.

Terrible terrible service. I booked for a 14ft lorry to move some furnitures. Booked for 3pm but driver no show no reply. Called and texted driver, he only replied me at 4pm to tell me he can only reach at 4:40pm. Waited till 4:40pm, driver still no show and no updates on his whereabouts. He only texted me at 5pm to tell me he reached. Wasted 2hours of my time to wait because if I cancel order, I have to pay a cancellation fee…… When driver is finally here with 2 helpers (i paid for this service), no one is helping me to load anything??? Just standing there and waiting for me to load furnitures alone. Not to mention, the lorry did not come empty, meaning I won’t be able to maximise the lorry’s capacity to move my furniture…. horrible. Help desk chat bot is also useless by the way, did not answer any of my queries.
